So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.

@SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

Problem is sterling wastes passes from shaw and does not pick out his runs too. No doubt Mourinho doing the scoring for Sky Sports!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing at all on mini Qbox. Problems in area allegedly ok now. Been through everything as per on screen but now there is problem with finding Sky QBox on network! Error MR104. Only had Sky for 2 weeks not happy!!
