  Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

  Utterly disappointed being a 27 year Diamond customer that I can’t get the 2500Mbps fibre for £35 per month listed for a new customer. I am being told it would cost me £73 a month for a new 24 month contract.
