@SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

Obvious flaw to Sky Go. If your Sky signal is down (due to snow in this case) and you’re trying to use your phone to watch, you have to switch to a separate network connection e.g. 4g to watch. @SkyUK - feedback
