@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@SkyHelpTeam Your online systems wouldn’t let us update our package. It’s done now though. Main issue now is that it’s showing we have a sports package but we don’t. We have emailed but got no reply.

@SkyHelpTeam I am & have done. The engineers said that there was a fault in the line outside my home, not inside - but every time they’ve come out, they’ve “fixed” the problem. At this point I just want my refund and to leave sky which going by your policy, shouldn’t be a problem

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tested my line many times over the past year and there’s always a “fault” in the line. I’ve had multiple engineers out. The problem persists & I have limited internet (slow or not working at all) on a daily basis. Tbh you guys need to just refund me bc this is ridiculous
