@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

Can people who support lower league clubs stop bitching about how #SkySports are focussing on multi-million £ transfers, when many clubs face going to the wall, whilst paying £X PM subscription to watch said transfer activity. It’s hypocritical and you’re embarrassing yourselves

Moved house this week and switched from Virgin to @SkyUK broadband. I had heard good things about their customer service and could get a quick installation. Despite telling them when we were moving in they tried to take over the line before which resulted in my order being failed

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have spent over 4 hours on the phone to customer services to be told there is nothing they can do despite it being your error, not ours. And it hasn’t been confirmed that you will honour the price that I signed up to! Really disappointed!
