Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

Of course my connection decides to mess up just before my exam. @SkyHelpTeam tried to change the WiFi channel and run a diagnostic which showed everything normal. I’ve reset the router to see if that’s the issue but my laptop just cut me off completely

@SkyHelpTeam In Mexico, I had to turn off Airplane mode to connect to the hotel wifi. Cost me £45 because the phone was connected to a Mexican network for a second and 25MB of data was used. Your advisors say nothing they can do. I will be leaving Sky as soon as contracts are up!
