@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam really looking forward to my new sky Glass TV coming on Thursday after upgrading this morning. Had quite an issue trying to sign the credit agreement but thankfully to a customer service technical urgent managed it. She needs a pay rise for her help fixing it.

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!
