The issues go a lot deeper than who the manager is. You'd be better supporting the team than worrying about narratives

    @SkyHelpTeam The outage reference is AF-IE-1151964350. We were told yesterday it would take 4-6 hours. It has been 28 hours and counting so far. With no update.
