@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Claire, it was being returned as I wanted to cancel and pay the total of the phone off. It said if I returned the phone the total price you offered would be taken off the rest of the total I had to pay for the phone.

@King_CJK @SkyHelpTeam Same in YO30 with me - I just called PlusNet and they said there was reports of faults in the York area but they were unable to help and their service tracker shows no issues..
