    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports If LFC and Spurs are in such financial peril that they need to furlough staff, then it puts into serious question how well these clubs are run. If they are in such dire straits then they should be barred from any transfer activity until houses are put in order. VERY POOR BOTH

    @SkySports Bravo MCFC..LFC and Spurs do NOT need to go furlough. With all the money that these (as well a all PL clubs) earn there should be no need to sponge off the tax-payer. This money would be far more beneficial going towards the NHS to fight this horrible disease.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet finally came back this afternoon after two days and has gone again. This is clearly an area issue but it needs to get fixed asap. 3 days of not being able to get anything done properly.

    @neilwallace403 @O2 @SkyUK Problem is I travel around all over south of England, London and occasionally up north, O2 is crap in certain areas 😡😡 kids are on sky and seems ok but where I travel 🤔🤔 who knows ! All I know is O2 are gone as soon as contract up 🥴🥴🥴

    After months of good service today we have no connection earliest engineer 21 June-useless and that’s with sky boost, why am I paying extra for this.5 hours on the phone not resolved. We are now told the modem is incorrectly connected. Have we been moved to SOGEA #skyuk

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello please help me, I have been trying to downgrade by sky TV package and remove items, why can I not do this on the APP, then when I can sky as a new customer I get through to an advisor straight away, also if I select the upgrade I also get through straight away.
