    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband service has been faulty since Sunday, either low or no broadband at all. The engineers visit hasn’t resolved the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Not only am I paying for broadband that's not working properly, I'm also paying subscriptions to netflix, prime video,britbox, and Xbox live that I can't enjoy properly.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was unplugged from standard broadband wed to upgrade to fibre. The fibre ports were broken so upgrade couldn't go ahead but they left me disconnected from my standard broadband. Totally unacceptable and has cost me a fortune and my sanity this week.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, we agreed to an engineer visit to resolve the issue. I specifically said no to a new 12 month contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you #Sky, great service and couldn't fault the people on the phone. Not able to tell me when our service would be fixed and agreed to cancel our contract immediately even though we had 7 months left on it. Think it's #openreach at fault rather than Sky, hello #virginmedia

    Anyone else ever had major issues trying to get through to @SkyUK ... over two days my husband has spoken to so many customer services people to try to cancel but he gets put on hold ... currently for 40 mins! And no help given at all just fobbed off 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam I finally got through to someone else at Sky, who seemed more competent. He saw that OpenReach did not resolve the initial issue and arranged for an engineer visit from their end. Happy I won't be charged anything anymore but have to be without internet for another 4 days. 😔
