@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@paultowell @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had the same issue all day with calls failing to connect after about 30secs of silence. Now can’t even send a text. Would appear to have also been to blame for missed hospital consultation as they said phoned with no answer but it didn’t ring for me.
