@SkyHelpTeam I did a line test this morning with someone on the phone where they told me that there is an issue and an engineer needs to come (in three weeks..) but since so many people in Manchester & Warrington don’t have internet since last night I doubt mine is an isolated incident

@SkyHelpTeam your service status page is saying I’m not affected by the Lancashire outage but the orange lights on my router and lack of ability to connect suggest otherwise. If you’re going to have these pages can you at least make sure they’re accurate?
