Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

@SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

@SkyHelpTeam Having problems making calls on snapchat. Whilst on a call it disconnects, Wifi signal is perfectly fine and working. Snapchat is working fine but the calls cut off because of the wifi connection. Not sure why. It works properly on Mobile Data or Hotspot.
