It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

Tim Limbach (@limbach_tim) reported@SkyHelpTeam I will DM you, but I was using the phone in the UK, but it transpires that even on Airplane Mode, it’s making a call over the Wi-Fi network, even if not your own network, you may still be charged for the call if it’s outside your plan, which a lot of people won’t realise.
