@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@elhadjineuf @SkyHelpTeam Yes I do. But the sound drop outs still occur if I leave that off and listen to the audio through the tv built in speakers. I’m sure it’s an issue with the sound output from the sky receiver.
