    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

    In context I have no idea how much talent is on the pitch at #UTDCITY (anyone care to put it in £‘s?) but I’d rather watch @OfficialBWFC any day. Turned that game off at half time it was that bad and that’s meant to be the ‘pinnacle’ of the Premier League. garbage @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry but it takes 24 hours to process cancellation, plus a charge( hefty) if cancelled the day before. Cannot afford to leave the booking, many of us reporting issues, I have run 3 tests telling me it is the weather. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apple TV won’t load. Tried all the troubleshooting tips as per online guides. Please help. Worked fine until recently. Connectivity status network / satellite fine. Rebooted/ reset. Works fine off my phone so at a loss now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thats the catch tho init "causing full loss" It's not full lose went off all night and jow just connects and disconnects at random intervals and the speeds are way down when it is connected even tho I'm supposed to have some kind of boost on it
