Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

@SkyUK Come on sort the broadband out. It’s the second tome this week. Your quick enough to take the money for a full month but not provide a regular service. It’s not a one off,it went down regularly a few times a week last month too. Might just go elsewhere soon.

@SkyUK I have been a customer for over 20 years. Please sort out the broadband. Twice this week already it’s gone down. Last month it went regularly a few times a week. I’m tempted to give the whole lot up, broadband, phone line, tv service, mobile. A lot of people feel the same
