    18 month contract with @SkyUK ended just over a week ago.. never had any problems at all, but now that the price has increased the speed has dropped massively and it’s sooo slow! 😢

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam I did this at the time, it did highlight an issue and I was told (through your tool) that an engineer had been booked and we would be contacted. Nothing has happened except the random outages.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet won’t connect to my SkyQ yet I checked via the app and it’s saying there is no issues, turned both off and back on again and re-connected the broadband to the skyQ broadband working fine on my smartTV & iPhone

    @nbroadbent @SkyHelpTeam @KerrangTV Due to ongoing issues from Saturday night, Red Bee (who play out TV channels) have their systems down, all feeds of BBC, C4 and C5 are off air and are on back up systems. Box Plus don’t have the same systems available, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed.
