@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

@SkyUK funny how once you give notice your Internet no longer works, speak to an advisor said nothing they can do but they happy to take my money till 10th march. I've had 3 emails so far begging me to come back..... hmmm no ! Can somebody from sky help me please ?
