Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated. Never heard from Sky again.
