    @SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

    I’m not sure how we could overcome WIFI access but surely there is a way that friendly bods @SkyUK @virginmedia could support to stop children missing out on remote teaching - digital poverty sucks

    @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly the problem. The test shows connection between hub and exchange is fine but even a single device directly wired to the hub shows poor performance. This suggests the problem is further upstream than our connection to the exchange but I can't get anyone to check.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you think after 7 weeks of problems we haven't spoken to anyone!!! We know what the problem is! It's getting an engineer to sort it out that's like getting blood from a stone. They've said they would come every week for the last 3 weeks, and each week, no one arrives...

    @skyuk how long is it going to sort our broardband. So far, through January we have had practically no broard band due to slow slow speeds.... You said it was fixed... For the last 3 weeks we have had NO broardband connection at all... And no help from your customer service.

    In context I have no idea how much talent is on the pitch at #UTDCITY (anyone care to put it in £‘s?) but I’d rather watch @OfficialBWFC any day. Turned that game off at half time it was that bad and that’s meant to be the ‘pinnacle’ of the Premier League. garbage @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam our WiFi is down, our mobile data is barely working either and Sky’s automated phone system sends you round and round in circles trying to redirect you to online help (not much help). Select option to talk to a person and the department is closed. Terrible service

    @Markybabar @SkyHelpTeam Was down in Orkney too. Getting ridiculous. ‘No reported problems’ yeah right, that’ll be because the test page sends you round in circles. Will definitely be looking for a new provider

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting and it looks to be nationwide, but I’ve contacted some friends who live locally and they have no issues with broadband although they’re also on sky? Doesn’t seem right?

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you tried to switch it off at the plug socket for 30 sec?? If that doesn't work go into settings and do a hard reset on your sky q box. That's the standard fix for all sky equipment
