Actually 30 minutes is also too long, I don’t think it should ever break its stupid that technology and infrastructure aren’t 100% fault proof isn’t it

@SkyHelpTeam Already know what the issue is as I spoke with someone this morning regarding it, two to three days at minimum for an engineer visit when I live in a household with vulnerable people isn’t acceptable.
