@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm afraid your self help/healing process is flawed. It says it fixes it and nothing is a problem anymore. When there is still very much a problem. I've even reset the router by powering it off for a number of minutes. It's your end, not mine!
