@SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

@lcfcfan8416 @SkyUK Just look on the Sky forums. People are experiencing anywhere between 45 and 70 second delays. Sky's infrastructure for this stuff is awful. I would know having been a software engineer for them..

@SkyHelpTeam Thing is it doesn’t appear to be the signal when we restart the box all is good. I am fairly sure the fault is with the Q box as it has been doing odd things lately and we had to format the drive on it to get it working as well.

@CharlieCW90 @SkyUK The latency in the worst case scenario will be like YouTube live streaming which is only around 10 seconds or it'll be like the Sky Q minis which are barely noticeable as it's barely a fraction of a few seconds of latency.
