Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

@SkyUK No dish means lots of fuss when you have poor WiFi! How do you plan to tackle this? Will customers who are reliant on having a box and dish always be able to get a new box if it goes wrong? Or will they be forced onto having sky Glass with signal dropping out?
