@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

Absolutely fuming with @SkyUK broadband. Broadband speeds fine, but spontaneous and complete dropouts of WiFi KEEP happening, after several phone calls and 3 engineer visits. Engineer number 4 coming this week. Won't change the fact they aren't providing a service I pay for 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Been having probs with new HDR Q box. Regular sound pauses watching recordings on Q, pixelated on mini. Updated software and reset hard drive but still same issues. Tried getting through to someone on phone but automated system sending me round in circles.

In context I have no idea how much talent is on the pitch at #UTDCITY (anyone care to put it in £‘s?) but I’d rather watch @OfficialBWFC any day. Turned that game off at half time it was that bad and that’s meant to be the ‘pinnacle’ of the Premier League. garbage @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

@SkyUK Why didn't you just make a sky streaming stick? No one wants to buy a new TV for a streaming service. You might have actually sold some of it was just a stick that plugs into existing TVs.
