@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

@Willtsfc @SkyUK The advantages of Now TV are not being tied into an expensive long term contract. Given how long it takes for Sky to show things like Grey's Anatomy these days, I just drop the service until there's anything worth watching again. I wouldn't pay to rent a telly.

@SkyUK Can I have the package rather than the TV? I've got a 70" TV already and don't need another one, but love the idea of having a Sky streaming platform similar to SkyGo. I don't have satellite TV so a streaming service would be great, without the commitment of having to buy a TV.

@SkyUK Good idea but never going back to lcd technology now I've got a G1 oled. I was a sky customer for over 20 years, recently moved and not allowed dish so had to get rid of sky. I want sky q without a dish, that I can still record on. I hope you guys sort this out.
