    @SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hope you can help. We’ve just upgraded to Sky Q and noticed that BT Sports which we have with them, not you is not available on the Mini Boxes.Calling BT they said it would cost £5 on 1 box. Is there a deal on at Sky where we can get it direct and on all 3 minis

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’ve just had a call from 01552362741 claiming it was from the Sky Support team. I’ve not been contacted about this before so I’m confused why he was ringing about my internet speed. I asked him to confirm my postcode and he dropped the call. Was this call legit?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hj, hope you can help. I already have Disney+ through Disney but although I can get it on my new Sky Q box it tells me I have to subscribe. As I pay for the Disney+ and not Sky I don’t want to add it to the bill. But there seems no way around it, or is there?

    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    11 hours dealing with @virginmedia and still not resolved the issue. They just compound errors. TV box error has now turned into a £45 charge and a new 18 month contract for no reason! Absolute cack. All I did was move house. Should’ve gone to @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve sent a DM to the sky help team . However, other sky Accessibilty users might be if it from a transparent reply in Twitter. As I see it Sky Accessibilty is no more. The number doesn’t go through to a dedicated team now but to whoever answers the phone

    @SkyUK When a VIP customer of 7yrs + phones to review a package and keep in contract with you, it's a poor show to frustrate that customer so much he instead decides to leave. I won't wait 30mins to speak to Cancellations, I'll just cancel the Direct Debit.
