    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

    Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam the Sky Q is not syncing with the virgin Internet. All ok before, is there an issue with your boxes and Virgin Internet? Mobiles working on wi fi just fine. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried that - apparently because I escalated a complaint about my rubbish speeds months ago, they can't access the account, they can't put me through to the escalations team to get help and they can't give me a number to call. Cracker(!)
