@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!

Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

@SkyUK Sky stream - if it’s over the internet does that mean the sports channels won’t be 100% live like Amazon prime. There’s always a lag, even with fast internet as everyone is watching - if that’s the case, sky stream is awful.
