    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you they’re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    @SkyUK waited 1hr on hold to be cut off as soon as I got connected with no call back. 1 hr wait everytime I call. Considering the money I pay for your services every month where's your customer service? Upgraded my broadband for a quicker version. Just as slow but more expensive.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I spoke to someone at sky who said there was a fault on the line so an engineer is booked for tomorrow. Well the internet light has just come on and the WiFi has started working. Maybe it just needed time to finish setting up. Do you think I should cancel the engineer?

    @SkyHelpTeam I went through the broadband team and at first they offered me a deal for £27 when I told them about the new customers £25 deal the operate went and asked a manager if I can get that deal but tbh it's not good enough. If that's how sky treat loyal customers I'm out.

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again have email/text/app telling me broadband is switching to a new supplier. I have not initiated this. Second time in around 2 weeks. I’m currently on hold to try and sort this out when it’s not a problem I should be having to deal with. Please sort it out.
