    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you they’re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    @SkyHelpTeam Of ? Speed? Or connection ? Tv is occasional , but my phone is really bad. I only have limited network provider alllwance so I use home as much as I can. I have to reconnect every 10 mins. When I’m at parent’s, it links to their wifi & it’s fine. (So, it’s not my phone)

    @SkyUK You experience a Total Loss of Service - Your service stops working completely and isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first tell us of the fault, (this does not include intermittent issues), this is payable at a rate of £8.06 per day until the fault is fixed.
