Gotta love sky internet. Goes off for an hour or so at least once a week. Just went off again it came back on I'm back on the Internet a whole 5 minutes and it goes down again! Good job @SkyUK service like no other..

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

@SkyHelpTeam Is the SkyGo app available to download and use on a SkyQ box? Currently no@satellite signal - so no live TV. SkyGo app fine on a laptop, but handy to be able to watch on the TV until the satellite issue is sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam Your advice is appreciated. My housemate spoke to Sky today, and they said it's something to do with the device settings. However, this doesn't make much sense to me considering my device settings haven't recently changed; on top of others experiencing this issue in this thread.
