    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

    @SkySports Was there enough force by the hand on the shoulder to make the player go down as though he’s been shot by a sniper. IMO there wasn’t. You see more grappling at a corner kick. No consistency by the officials. Harsh red card.

    @SkyHelpTeam customer service is a joke my Nan has been a loyal customer for 14+ years and because of a very sad situation that’s happened over the last 7 months they have restricted her mobile services and now she has no way of stay in contact with her family she’s 88 years old
