Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

Nothing but absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam . The majority of the time it’s been call after call to India and they do nothing! Finally get to speak to some in the Uk Sky mobile team and they are just rude and obnoxious. Sky mobile complaint now 3 weeks!
