    And yes I’m using capitals because I am annoyed and angry at the shockingly poor service. I want to cancel my subscription on 16/9 and for some reason @SkyUK are unable to process this information.

    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you they’re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam since switching to your mobile network in July, I have yet to receive a decent signal, calls are not getting through, I need out of this contract, the service is unusable in this area!

    @MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

    @SkyUK Was told I needed to upgrade to a signature box to avoid a price hike but if I stayed on the same package the price would go up even more all after being told I was a gold customer. Declined and the next day got a deal £13.50 cheaper than quoted the day before. Not very ethical

    @SkyHelpTeam sort your broadband out. Disconnected and reconnected 7 times within the space of 20 minutes. Paying for a service that isnt being provided at all. In the total of 13 days been disconnected 21 times that im aware of, NEARLY as bad as talk talk

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no connectivity on the MAR transponder on our communal dish, this requires a tier 2 engineer to fix and the tier 1 engineer sent details on Sunday - told me I'd be contacted with the next stage, and silence.
