    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that, yes. Phoned the helpline, as have fellow villagers to be told there's no area-wide issue, yet we are all experiencing the same. There's also the challenge of the landline going through the router, so that's one communication channel closed whilst it's so unstable.

    @SkyHelpTeam sick of ringing companies who tell you they’re now closed and then give you the opening times and according to those they should still be open. Customer service is appalling these days.

    .@SkySports Martin Tyler should be quiet about Manchester United fans. Sky only spoke up about bad owners when their monopoly was threatened by the European Super League. Sky are part of the problem with greed in football. #MUFC #GlazersOut #NotAPennyMore

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been off for over 6 hours (Arreton, Isle of Wight). The only info the status page has is "due to a problem in your local area". It's been over 6 hours, how is that helpful?! Is it being fixed? What is the problem? How much longer will it be?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, my parents have been with sky for over 17 years, both over 65 in a remote part of Cornwall. Have been disconnected from broadband and landline. Effectively cut off 2 weeks before Christmas. Only offered a £30 loyalty voucher...appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Every Sunday morning there are issues. Restart the router and it works for 5 mins then back down to 2-3mbps and vpn unworkable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I am having a number of issues downloading items from my sky q box (sky cinema, box sets etc). When we try and download anything we get an error “download failed, item unavailable.” Are you able to advise how we fix this please?
