    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s for a sky q mini box. Not sure why it’s done this. When I unplug and plug back in solid orange light and won’t go past that screen. Engineer next Sunday but hoping could fix before then.

    Credit where credit is due. Had broadband booster box issues over the past week. Two lovely ladies in the @SkyHelpTeam call centre couldn't have tried harder to fix it. And today a great guy arrived early, fixed my broadband, and then reconnected all of my home devices too 👏👍

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @SkyUK had sky Q installed today after being with sky for 12yrs. It was the wrong box installed and I’ve been told to pay for the correct one and I will be refunded but out of principal that’s nots happening and then I’m told well it’s that keep it or cancel. Not the best service
