@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

@SkyHelpTeam feeling really let down by sky. Ordered the watch for my daughters 10th birthday. The battery life is terrible drains straight away. Now I will have the hassle of sorting this out and she has only had it since Monday!

Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve been with you since December and your internet is the worst internet I’ve had in the recent past. Had BT for 18 months - no issues. So far with Sky my connection drops, the hub disconnects. Wired and wireless speeds drop to dial up, packet loss, etc

@SkyHelpTeam I have spent a ridiculous amount of time over the last couple of weeks trying to rectify this issue with your tech support team and it still keeps dropping. I’ve had enough of paying you my money and you not holding up your end of the deal!
