@SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol. Yes, all seems to be OK, more concerned about the cause of such an outage, and if our data has been compromised by a hack. Seen a few rumours of a targeted cyber attack. If this is 100% not the case a statement to that effect or email to customers could be reassuring.

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with sky as it keeps telling me I haven’t got internet connection, then when I reset it it asks for internet password, which it says is wrong. Then it all comes back on only to lose it all again after 10mins
