@SkyHelpTeam our broadband has been down for well over a day, can’t get through on the phone and no other way to contact. The engineer booking we had went missing. Test my broadband no longer temporarily fixes our issue. What do we do??

@SkyHelpTeam at end of my tether ongoing WiFi issues - 2 engineer visits later still not fixed . Waited 3 0 minutes to be cut off again . Why am I paying for WiFi that doesn’t work . Can’t work at home (for nhs) and children difficult studying on line .. HELP

@SkyHelpTeam Been trying to get through but I’ve had the phone put down on me 3x while trying to access my password to give to them, this is awful customer service. I am still without internet, should I keep trying to will they just keep disconnecting mid sentence

Can people who support lower league clubs stop bitching about how #SkySports are focussing on multi-million £ transfers, when many clubs face going to the wall, whilst paying £X PM subscription to watch said transfer activity. It’s hypocritical and you’re embarrassing yourselves

@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkySportsF1 @skysports So been up since 8am. Killed 1hr and a half waiting for F1 Replay at 9.30. Switched it on got the race results completely spoilt, 3 hrs down the tub now. I should have just given my time to @Channel4 who have the replay spoiler free and for FREE at 12.30.

@SkySports - just came down to watch my recording of the #JapanGP only to find the recordings all screwed up. Do I have to wait hours for the replay to get a recording to watch the events so far. Sports events get delayed daily, this is pretty poor. #F1 @F1 #JapaneseGrandPrix
