@SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

Still don’t get it, a satellite signal travels to a spot somewhere in space travels through god knows what but the minutes there’s a slight wind and rain in the north west of England it can’t get through that so I can watch the darts for £90 a month. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK any chance of fixing the broadband. Some of us do need it for working from home and won't get paid bcos its down. Maybe time to look at new providers. 30+ years custom and this is what we get.
