Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

@SkyHelpTeam Rung 14 times as a new customer. The broadband was registered by sky to another address after a week of tech calls. Needed to be cancelled and a new order put through. ( 2 weeks no broadband ) No call back had to chase, no compensation and a quote of £10 more than original price.

@SkyHelpTeam I still need help. I have run those tests. I’m forever turning my router on and off. I sat on a call for an hour previously to be told to turn my router on and off and see how it goes. If the router is the problem can you send me a new router?
