So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

@SkyHelpTeam internet playing up again day 10. Many attempts to call through but after 30 mins of waiting i cant be bothered. Funny when i wanna add service its like fatest finger 1st. BB on and off like a light switch. Think time for a change. Done all the scipted test #boring

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, we seem to be having a problem with our Sky Q Box. At the moment, we are unable to download anything on catch-up because of a technical issue. I also couldn’t watch any of our recordings. After rebooting, it now says the service is currently unavailable
