Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

@SkySports He was well aware, as he looked at the situation 2 or 3 times. Dean said he thought 1 of the 2 players down, was holding his back, despite him clearly holding his head, as was the other. So yes he could see, he looked, looked and looked again but let play continue. Wrong decision
