    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!

    @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

    @SkyUK I,m a Sky customer for 18yrs. My contract is up. Ruby at Sky made an offer. It wasn’t good enough so she passed me to retentions.Robin in Retentions said her best offer was a lot more than Ruby,s. she couldn’t match Ruby,s offer , computer said no.Unacceptable.
