@SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

@slowen1205 @SkyHelpTeam I have fibre. Don’t do it! I am f*cked because my mobile signal is bad in my area - my landline runs through the internet, therefore I can’t contact anyone!? I am currently standing on my balcony on hold to them!
