    @SkyUK have taken yet another £116 from me but still refuse to come and sort my broadband issue out. They placed my box in a place it should have never been placed but want £60 to come and move it . Please do not use sky as they are a rip off #skytv

    Really frustrated with @virginmedia customer service - or lack of customer service can’t give us the correct information, 4 calls and been put on hold for 13 minutes with out being told why - @SkyUK are you any better might give you a call

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, any idea when your email service will be working again. I’m in Warrington. Kind Irish chap@told me it had been up and down for 3 days. Fortunately only went off at 17:15 yesterday for me.

    So after being told by the customer service guy at @virginmedia I would receive a free PS4 I have had to make a complaint only find out I was put on the incorrect contract that didn’t include a PS4. 😡@richardbranson i should of stayed with @SkyUK
