@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

Who’d have thought, absolutely disgusting customer support from @SkyUK paying a fortune for a package that is NOT delivering in any way. Spoke to a lovely girl named April her attitude definitely does not explain why she opted for a customer services role! DONT BUY SKY!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam an entire week with internet crashing each 10 minutes and paying premium package and the customer service says there is nothing they can do I will have to wait until next week to have an engineer coming??? without any guarantees will come or any time???

@SkyHelpTeam I did also try to ring but can’t get through. Was on hold ages. Email we’ve had now states engineer investigation and 2 to 5 days. Can you advise who I can speak to, to establish what the issue is? I work at home and having no internet is an issue… thanks.
