    @SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

    @SkySports app is terrible nowadays. Nearly a minute of adverts to watch a 30 second clip, and even the adverts don't load properly so you have to try again and rewatch the whole advert before viewing what you wanted to in the first place.
