    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m struggling to connect to my home wifi. When it does connect its okay for a while then it drops off. This is happening numerous times a day. When I run tests it says everything’s okay. I’m paying a lot and not getting the service I signed up for - please help!

    @DSavory78 @SkyHelpTeam Couldn’t say it better myself! I ran the online Sky diagnostics through MySky and it told me no know issues in the area and to try the usual unplugging etc! Twitter has better info than the sky site!

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been down for hours now. I’ve only been a customer for about a month now and I’m already considering returning to my original provider.
