@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

Called @skyuk to tell them that my father had passed away and needed to cancel his subscription. The sky rep actually said; “doesn’t anyone else in the house watch TV?” What a horrible company 🙁 May their satellites get knocked from space by a meteor!

@SkySports I saw people get kicked out of Bristol for doing this a few years ago, no harm just empty plastic and one got away from security running up and down seating etc, when they caught him roughed him right up, good to see they let you have a laugh these days

@SkyHelpTeam @Tee_nuhhh I’ve been having exactly the same problem the last couple of days. If I turn my router off and on again, it seem to fix it but the problem returns a few hours later. Is there an issue at Sky’s end or is the problem the router? It’s just apple and sky websites that stop working.
