    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyUK really frustrating! Have had low bb speed <100 for month but Sky said problem at my end. Finally get an eng visit says BT throttle the line. So well below my contract but I’m left to call and battle for refund. Sky text about wifi guarantee - NO it’s broadband! Plat VIP!

    @SkyUK needs to use some of their obscene profits and hire some damn engineers.Service down for ages they suggest upgrading to fibre optic,I do,I loose tv. They say this is common. Can't get an Engineer out for 2 weeks and I'm a priority customer. Disgraceful service @SkyHelpTeam
