@Johnath03607801 @SkySports If they have Covid it can be a hell of a lot more than the Flu. I have never been hospitalised with the flu but Covid landed me in ICU. Granted I am not a professional sportswoman at the top of my game but it still needa to be taken seriously!

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

@Johnath03607801 @SkySports Are you having a 🤬 laugh??? I almost died, I watched 2 man die and another died during the same night we all had covid , I was "lucky" I ONLY had covid pneumonia, it didnt effect most of my vital organs, it just left me with heart & lung problems.

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

@SkyHelpTeam That’s what I was hoping but sadly not, the automated system thanks me for my call and then cuts off! No option to speak to anyone. I think they know there’s a huge issue and rather than address it with the customer we are being ignored. It seems impossible to raise a complaint!
