@SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

Cancelled my @SkySports package at start of lockdown and have never missed it enough to get it back. Prefer to listen to non-MUFC footy on radio and if Utd play I’m there. Now I’ve broken ties with MUTV as they don’t even show all youth and ressie matches live now. Few quid saved

@virginmedia It's a lengthy one, I've been a @SkyHelpTeam customer for many years. I'm moving house next week. It's an area of Gateshead that isn't anticipated to have fibre before 2026. The average speed sky could offer me was 1.5m. which is useless. The only option was Virgin.
