Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

@SkySports My only concern would be the inevitable bad press he will get on sky and other channels when results don't go his way. Arteta, Solksjaer and Lampard to name a few, have first been lauded for their nouveau style, then slaughtered for being too inexperienced during the bad times.

@SkyHelpTeam can’t believe after so many years of being a sky customer, they can’t even knock off the price increase when they aren’t giving us the speed of internet promised. We can find better price deals being new customers with other companies but thought we’d stay loyal.

@Vikkelspies @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like its a complicated issue that requires a specialist back-office team to resolve. I’d just wait for them to fix the problem rather than badgering and pestering agents who can’t do anything for you and who are at no fault. Just get a replacement PAYG SIM in the meantime

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks I will make a written complaint. It took 50 mins to be told i can’t be escalated but can have £10 off next month’s bill. but to be asked ‘what do I want to talk about’ which the call handler said his manager told him to ask me ? Sounds like a great manager 👍
