Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

@SkyUK Have been without internet for a month now. Can’t work. Can’t talk to my family. Service has been disgusting. This needs to be fixed before Christmas and I need to be compensated!!
