    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @ms_manutd @SkyHelpTeam Definitely ask about compensation, my internet was having problems a while back and when I contacted them to sort it out the guy on the phone was very helpful and refunded two months billing to cover the time of the fault.
