Cancelled my @SkySports package at start of lockdown and have never missed it enough to get it back. Prefer to listen to non-MUFC footy on radio and if Utd play I’m there. Now I’ve broken ties with MUTV as they don’t even show all youth and ressie matches live now. Few quid saved

@wattothfc It’s an attempt from @SkySports to attract the younger viewers. Only issue is that those kids who know who he is can’t afford the £80+ per month so not sure how/why he is appearing on the screen. At last #LUFC fans have it right “Sky TV, is ******* ****”

@SkyHelpTeam I will DM you, but I was using the phone in the UK, but it transpires that even on Airplane Mode, it’s making a call over the Wi-Fi network, even if not your own network, you may still be charged for the call if it’s outside your plan, which a lot of people won’t realise.

@SkyHelpTeam lodged a complaint yesterday and received an email this morning telling me Sky have tried calling me and the complaint will be closed. No missed calls, no voicemails and no calls answered. Also no contact details on the email to reply to, get in contact.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi! New customer and had an install today. Order confirmation stated a Touch remote would be provided, but the non-touch model has been. No biggie, but hoping this won't cause a problem if kit ever has to be returned?
