    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/4 –I have wasted a lot of time, holiday and money (pn calls) for a service I haven’t began to use yet and for something that could be resolved easily. This issue can be resolved by simply sending out a small boxed item for next day delivery. Why is it so difficult?

    @SkyHelpTeam 1/4 - New customer: Broadband service ordered 2 weeks ago. Still not received my router but have been told that my internet was connected 1 week ago. Been on the phone to CS everyday and had managers involved and always told ‘its arriving tomorrow’, it never arrives.

    Complete loss of Internet this morning (which I need for work). Eventually get through to @SkyHelpTeam who offer me an engineer visit on February 2nd, or a 'Premium Appointment' on January 26th if I pay £15? Luckily I can get a £10 Sky voucher to to cover the loss of service 🙄
