    Trying to speak to someone @SkyHelpTeam online is a nightmare. The “virtual assistant” is absolutely pointless and the sky app doesn’t have anything to help either

    The SkySports Sam Allardyce love in is making me want to vomit. I'm sick of hearing he saved us from relegation. After his 1st game we were 9th with 6 months of the season left. And there was never an attempt to catch the teams above, everything geared around avoiding relegation

    @TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 1. It’s called the Sky Help Team but, they don’t seem to be helping me! We are on Ultrafast 1 since January 4th & Sky guaranteed 156Mbps to 160Mbps during peak times and, we did get those speeds until April but, the speed starting dropping and didn’t recover >>>>>

    @TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 4. We received an email from Sky yesterday saying that they did a spd/line check and the speed was 93mbps so we are getting what they say! RUBBISH! Of course it’s gone down to 93mbps bc Sky are allowing it to drop and do NOTHING about it!>>>>>

    @TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 3. Because if they were monitoring our speed, they would & should have picked it up in April! I have screenshots of the speed history showing it go down from 160Mbps to well under 100Mbps and have sent them to Sky but, still do nothing to help! >>>>>

    @TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam 5. Sky also say that if our spd goes below 100Mbps on 3 consecutive days in a 30 month? They will refund us but, it’s gone under 100Mbps for around 27 consecutive days during the July and so, we are also entitled to cancel BB without any penalties!>>>
