@SkyHelpTeam Your online systems wouldn’t let us update our package. It’s done now though. Main issue now is that it’s showing we have a sports package but we don’t. We have emailed but got no reply.

@SkyHelpTeam We managed to get an engineer out today. They’ve visited and are still unable to resolve the issue as the problem isn’t with the kit at our house, it’s your internal systems. When will this be rectified? 2 x wait 73 hour requests and still no joy! 🤬
