    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyUK our TV can’t play YouTube, it says it’s connected to the WiFi but there’s no internet. What does that even mean!? We pay £100 a month for this service...

    I don't know WHY it takes 16 HOURS for updates for AC Valhalla to download i'm with @SkyUK so judging on that timeframe it's probably going to take me at LEAST a week to download the updates for the game AND the updates for the PS5. When i get the damn thing set up that is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky you never update the service checker when the broadband goes down straight away! All I get is everything is working fine. Clearly not you only got to look on Twitter or downdetector to see there is a problem. totally sick of it now. I’ll be calling to cancel.

    @SkySports But how could they do anything differently just because its the finale? If there was another incident similar to Silverstone, it would have to be a 10 second pen again, which would be just as inconsequential as last time.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got the same issue as lots of people on here, my sky Q box has an error message that says “download failed item unavailable” Appears to be huge problem see community forum Sky Q Download Failure (33 pages and 4k+ views) please acknowledge and fix
