Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

@SkyHelpTeam Can you help please? I have a 150mb Sky fibre package but recently the connection speed shows 25-30mb when I do a speed test on several checkers. If I refresh a few times it jumps to 147mb. Is throttling now active, as this didn't used to happen; it used to be static

Anyone else having problems watching @disneyplus via the @SkyUK app service at all? I get about 20 minutes into an episode of something and it just goes off… every other app working fine?
