@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

Sky Broadband are so bad. Rarely works and the customer service is so bad and unhelpful. I’m continually left with no broadband and they don’t seem bothered. Bet they would be if I stopped my direct debit. I would recommend people after broadband avoid @SkyUK where possible
