    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

    @SkySports Would rather want my team to compete, entertain and actually pass the ball with the risk of getting beat 3-0 than watch that ****, week in week out. Who could watch that and say they enjoyed it? Yes we lost to Liverpool but it was superb to watch, unlike this **** show

    @SkyHelpTeam morning. Appears to be a problem with the sky go app on Windows. Message _ something is wrong. The app will now quit. I have removed and reinstalled the app and still the same. Worked fine on same PC yesterday ?

Dermot Gallagher stated that the difference between the two is the Italian player never had control, the rule doesn't state control it states deliberately play the ball. PGMOL have issued words to the affect of as soon as Mings chested it, its deliberate.
