Tv 📺 Still No @SkyUK signal (0% its problem number 25) since Sunday night . Engineer coming out on Monday 5th August , YES a week with NO tv including @BristolCity v @LUFC #RAW #SDLive #theChase 👤 . Good job got 50ish unwatched DVDs . Glad going @RebellionFest 🎸 this weekend .

@SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

Object based audio has advantages that research like this needs to explore if we are to gain any benefit. Also it really wasn't an expensive project!

Like many other customers we can’t download any content on our @SkyUk Q box - just get ‘download failed’ This has clearly been a known issue but for 10 days you have offered any resolutions. It’s now time to be honest, acknowledge the problem and offer to refund customers. @Ofcom
