@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam my wife just did a mobile upgrade but now the phone has arrived, there is no reference to it being an upgrade or how to return her old phone. Also no reference to the order in her account! She has tried the online help but it’s an endless loop. Also called support.

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam Tried , my elderly father had an issue with his sky phone line and after over 90 onto chat they told me that unless he renewed to a new 12 month contract (as had passed his min contract term but still paying for the service) that an engineer visit to fix the issue is chargeable

@SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

@kazzibag @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like there is specialist work that needs to be carried out by Openreach to provision a line to her house so I wouldn't really count that as appalling service its life. Also I sure hope she's paying for a business line if she plans on running a trade from her house

@SkyHelpTeam Need support making complaint. Cancelled Sky when we moved and packaging sent for us to return equipment. Never arrived. Made 3 further calls, each time was told packaging was resent. Never arrived. Have now been charged for equipment 5 days before Xmas. Further call
