@SkyHelpTeam I have no idea how to do that but I have done the line test and it says fault my connection went down the same time as thousands in the country fault with sky not me.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?
