@SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

@SkyHelpTeam I’m receiving 1mb/s broadband speed, normally 70mb/s. Sky broadband test says everything is fine and speed is 70mb/s 45min wait to speak to someone at Sky to resolve. Very poor service from @sky

However, credit where due - I have been super impressed with how efficient and helpful the customer service reps at @SkyUK @Apple and of course IT services at @ucl have been at helping me. Fingers crossed the issues have been resolved now 🤞

@SkyHelpTeam You can't. Ive had technicians out to the house from openreach. They confirm no faults on the line but always on and off. Everyone seems to have constant issues with Sky Broadband. I assume I can leave outside of the cooling off period if the service doesnt work as it should?
