@SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@SkyHelpTeam I recently swapped my iphone se to an iphone 12. For the past 3 days the phone has frozen and I've had to reset it. All software is up to date and the phone works as normal when unfrozen. As usual I cant find anywhere on your website to help.
