@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

@Ofarsund @SkySports Just shows I'm not interested in your profile ... and a game has decisions that go for and against, the foul for the Dane free kick was never a foul (amazing goal though) Kane should of had a penalty, not given ... it evens out over a game ... so not cheating ... just football
