    @SkyHelpTeam I’m on Facebook Messenger and three times I appear to have been passed around to another agent, three time’s being asked to provide my name and info. Then get told someone will be with me. This is really poor customer service. Come back @virginmedia, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’ve tried a PM, I’ve been told to wait 10 days. Given my speed hasn’t changed since the service was installed 3 days ago I don’t anticipate it changing over the next 7 days. You’re failing to meet the guaranteed minimum speed so let’s see if you can meet it in a week’s time.

    1.5 hours since starting a chat with @SkyUK support via Facebook Messenger and I’m still being passed to agents. Nobody has spoken to me yet. Time to cancel the service, this is poor.

    Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom I only get told to speak to someone after 10 days has passed, which is starting to feel like a delaying tactic to be honest. I’ve tried calling and you’re very busy with calls, I haven’t got time to sit in a hold queue. My service isn’t even a week old, I should need to call.

    Still waiting for a refund from @SkyUK not great customer service at all. How hard can it be to process a refund and issue a cheque. Think it’s time to take it to the ombudsman let them look how shabby sky customer service is

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already tried calling, you have a message saying you’re very busy and that means sitting on a phone queue. Nobody actually seems to be available to help at all. Really disappointing from a company the size of @SkyUK that it’s so difficult to actually speak and get help.

    So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

    very suspicious about @SkyUK My WiFi connection to Sky Q box always disconnects every time I turn off the sky. But the fact they even have a "Connect to a network from different provider" option suggests theirs a huge `if` statement in their code base to mess with us.

    @SkyHelpTeam But I did this at the start of the week. They said that there was nothing wrong with my connection. Other issues I mentioned were palmed off as 'known issues' I will contact the team and they'll send me a link to run the test on my connection!

    @tashrich_cfc @SkySports It can't be a coincidence, it definitely can't. All those refereeing decisions going Liverpool's way in multiple encounters across several teams. usually dismiss stupid conspiracy theories, but there's one in my head and i cant dismiss it because of how things have favored them.
