    @SkySports My only concern would be the inevitable bad press he will get on sky and other channels when results don't go his way. Arteta, Solksjaer and Lampard to name a few, have first been lauded for their nouveau style, then slaughtered for being too inexperienced during the bad times.

    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I get really slow broadband checked out please. It is worse than dial up at times. When installed your engineer stated there was a broken fibre optic and reported it in Feb. Full fibre.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we had sky broadband fitted yesterday and the signal throughput the house is poor. The router is in the front room. It’s powerful in there. Okish in front bedrooms but awful poor in kitchen and back bedrooms. BT wasn’t like this!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to renew with yourself and it says no £20 admin fee online so I try to do online then it says in small print £19.95 one off fee. Can you advise what is correct? As having been a customer with you for over 5 years and doing it online myself I shouldn't pay
