@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I got a new HDR Sky Q box this year to replace existing Sky Q box). There's a regular sound stutter on recorded progs every few mins. Today I've been getting a longer stutter on live progs. A quick google suggests this is a common problem but what's the solution?

Really disappointing and frustrating call with @SkyHelpTeam on my dinner break. Called last week to cancel, promised a different deal and told that it'd be honoured if I called back this week to confirm. Done so and now the deal isn't available to me. Frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam I called to cancel my TV package (affordability) but keep my broadband (needed for work) and phone. I was told that I could keep broadband and take out 'Essentials' - so as to retain the Sky Box to use to watch free channels - for £30 a month. (1/2)
