    @SkyHelpTeam I have no idea how to do that but I have done the line test and it says fault my connection went down the same time as thousands in the country fault with sky not me.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Meshy_P This issue is still not resolved. I’ve followed suggested steps and spoke to Sky and PlayStation over the phone so many times, nothing works. It’s been months, when will the issue be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam We have noticed how Sky has reduced our 9 Mbps guaranteed fibre broadband from around 11 to 6 over the past couple of weeks. No email method of complaint, just a very tiring telephone call with many "hoops" to jump through. We just want what we're paying for!
