@stevo_g1992 @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach The engineer was very apologetic for getting their late...however what really frustrated me was that I booked it 4.5 weeks ago and I was told I would be seen early in the day. If I'd known they'd been late I could have worked the morning. Sorry 2 hear that you have had issues 2

I love getting cut off 3 times during phone calls @SkyUK. Customer service is that awesome that they don't phone back they leave you to get back in the queue that 'could be more than 30minutes' 👍 all I want is a cost for multiroom but it seems that is too much to ask!

@SkyUK Your early termination charges are ridiculous!! £120 for cancelling a year contract of £23 per month is just not acceptable! Sky is basically steeling money off people who are going through hard time in life whilst showing absolutely no empathy! Never again!!

@SkyHelpTeam What about the outage last week too. This is 2 whole days when my wife has not been able to work. That has cost us money. If we lost you money, you would turn our connection off no questions asked. What are we are the public supposed to do
