So the sound from our @SkyUK has gone, and after going through about an hours worth of checks(!) been told we have to wait without sound till the 20th June for an engineer 😡 so much for help for key workers

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyHelpTeam so here we are, 8am on 22 June, Paramount Plus launch date, and no sign of an app, all mention of P+ has disappeared from my box, no email, no tweet, and the help page says it will be updated with details on 22 June. When? Lunchtime? 10pm? Poor, as usual
