@RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

@SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

@SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

@JamesF2021 @SkyUK Me and family are currently with Virgin Media, they're OK with the odd glitch from time-to-time, ... ...although issues over the Internet & other telecom services are dealt with pretty quickly. Sky seems to have notoriety coming from former disgruntled customers.

@opposethe100 @SkySports That'll be down to these being overseas tours that BT will have aggressively bid for. The Hundred is part of the deal they have with the ECB to cover cricket here. If you were Aus/Wi & had a product worth £5m & Sky offered you £6m & BT offered you £10m why would you go with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam It's fine when it turns on, the issue seems to occur when swapping from in built tv apps using earc back to the sky box plugged directly into the receiver. Just get a blank screen and have to turn the sky box off and on again
