    Third time in two weeks @SkyHelpTeam our internet has gone down. I know what to check. I know it’s likely an @OpenreachHelp issue but I’m at least 20gb down now due to loss of internet connection and having to hotspot to work. And that’***** & miss. No recompense or apology.

    Well @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK now 3 days without internet, brief reprieve for an hour earlier but off again and no explanation as to why or when it will be fixed. As a tv/mobile/broadband customer of almost 20 years, this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but yesterday was the last straw I’ll be swapping suppliers in the near future. I’ve had more issue with Sky in the 12 months I’ve been with you than I had with my previous supplier in 20 years

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but it’s not a problem with all three of our phones, it’s a mast that’s apparently down, I’ve tried all of the steps but none have improved it. I literally had to drive 6 miles out of town a few days ago just to make a phone call, how much longer will we have to wait?

    @SkyHelpTeam I choose the option to call from you link. Gives a generic number into the IVR. When prompted I said spoke complaint. As I mention your tech really wanted to help, but then I was cut off after 15 mins waiting after being transferred. Having spent 45min I have now emailed
