@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is awful. Had a problem with the box and been trying to call for days now. Can't get through and no answer to problem online. If you tell me how to fix it I promise we won't all get covid from it. **** houses. Leaving because of this.

The @premierleague and @SkySports charging £14.95 to watch one single game during these times are a joke !! The Government has only agreed to pay 67% of people’s salaries so there’s no money about as it is !! Very poor decision if you ask me !!

@SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

@SkyHelpTeam At 0030 today, slow blinking green light on sky max router crashed my alarm system and EV smart charger. I can't begin to tell you how angry I am that for over am hour the sky app said wifi and broadband were fine. They only resumed at 0600. BT was never like this.

@SkyHelpTeam I just tried to sign up for Now broadband at £23 per month, once i inputted all my details it has gone up to £43 per month for 67mbps. I left Sky in July 2024, so I’m hardly a current customer. Why such a big increase?
