    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is absolutely shite. You've charged me 25 quid for a fight I didn't watch, there's no help online and it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Will be leaving as soon as you bother to answer the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding - no, it’s not working too well. Intermittent service. Speed test works fine but seem to be bandwidth issues, if that’s the right term. Sky App BB test doesn’t identify any problem - because it stops working when I lose BB!

    @nowtvhelp @SkyUK so, multiple requests from @NOWTV tech support to provide screenshots complied with. Repeatedly advised issue was being escalated. 36 days still no streaming service. Cancelled subscription asked for refund.

    @GMB @SkySports @Carra23 NO!!!! All school & nursery workers should be on the list after NHS staff! We can live without footballers, but if school staff start dropping anymore than they already are, we’re in trouble & in a situation where schools may not open for a very long time to come!

    @SkyHelpTeam ok, so tried to update my Broadband on line - error, can’t do it. Tried to activate Sky Talk Shield - can’t do it - both tell me to call in. Call in get told candle deal with my errors go on line.... at what point will I be able to actually talk to someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, one of your colleagues came today to fit my sky tv but was unable to do it due to a huge tree which will block the signal, they recommended I get NOWTV so I can still watch tv. I just want to know how to cancel the tv off my contact and just have the wifi?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having issues all day with the internet (Horndean area). Constantly dropping out. I’ve done the line test twice, once said no issue, the next one, they were booking an engineer to come out! Trying to get help on the website is like going round in circles.
