    Email received from @SkyUK this morning advising that they’re not happy with the £92 I pay each month and now want to rip me off by another fiver when not delivering the service I should expect anyway. That’s one customer now going to be getting ready to leave them.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done on 4 occasions. Hence taking my frustration to twitter. I wonder if i cancelled my contract and then took a new one out would the service be better and i get what is a simple job sorted. It really is ridiculous.
