    Woken up at a quarter past two in the morning by the silent burglar alarm app on my phone only to find it was because my broadband was down for 26 minutes. Just so you know, @SkyHelpTeam, not all broadband traffic in the wee small hours is from Pornhub. 😡

    My internet has been playing up for days I’m absolutely fuming @SkyUK I want money knocked off my next bill not paying you through the nose for a CRAP service and a 2 hour wait to speak to anyone on the phone

    @SkyHelpTeam I did and the cancellations I wanted to make directed me to a phone number which advised me of a 1-2 hour wait! Absolutely useless service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

    @SkyUK hi I recently got a offer for sky q with free installation and 1 free mini multiroom box When I ordered there were no multiroom boxes in stock. I was told to order this at the end of march. When I've gone on to order its charging me £50 can u help as cant get through phone

    @Jonah3L @MalcolmMuscle Why I don't think I'd ever be a fan of AEW. I like the more realistic, sports like style of NXT for example. I wish ROH had a UK TV deal - but I pay enough monthly for subs as it is, with MUTV and SkySports F1 etc. I wouldn't want to drop the Network - as there's the classics

    @SkyHelpTeam am trying to get sky monile the website keeps saying technical error. Sometimes I nearly get to end of process and it does it! Tried desktop, mobile, google, safari? Am already a broadband customer!

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam your broadband is down again... Seems to happen frequently at this time of night when conveniently you don't have people in to fix it... Why should any of us pay for such terrible service?

    Prime time Monday evening on Sky Sports; 9 different specialist channels (including mix) and absolutely ZERO live sports. That’s terrible scheduling. What a pointless evening of repeats. Happens regularly too. Poor way to treat paying customers. @SkySports @SkyUK #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve followed this now it’s asking to try a sim first. So I’ll give it a go. My friend has the same phone and network that’s why I joined as I knew service was good and she can get calls no problem. So I know it’s not network coverage…
