Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning. My Sky Q box keeps going in to standby every few hours and then freezes. Only way to get it working is to unplug it. Done all of the help options online and even turned the standby option off on settings but it does it anyway. Really annoying!!!

@brierley_karl @SkyUK Eh up Karl, you ok pal? Tues out I’ve had a problem on my line so need an engineer to visit. Mines (Skyglass) been glitchy from the start, I think I got around February, but it’s always sorted it self out when I’ve turned it off and on again.
