Email received from @SkyUK this morning advising that they’re not happy with the £92 I pay each month and now want to rip me off by another fiver when not delivering the service I should expect anyway. That’s one customer now going to be getting ready to leave them.

One thing I hate about @SkyUK is this sky Q box. Not a patch on the old boxes every 2 weeks it has no “satellite signal”. Which means everything off at mains then it magically comes on again. What’s point in a box that hers turned off every 2 weeks then on again to get signal?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes I have. It’s an automated response telling me there is a fault (hadn’t realised 😜). It says it’s being worked on and we’ll send you a text when it’s completed. No option to speak to anyone or raise a complaint, shocking customer service!
