    @GMB @SkySports @Carra23 Absolutely not. My dad is 78 with Parkinson’s and hasn’t been out of house for 10 mths. He’s far more deserving of vaccination before footballers . I’m a family support worker going into peoples homes so more at risk and still haven’t had it 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

    The SkySports Sam Allardyce love in is making me want to vomit. I'm sick of hearing he saved us from relegation. After his 1st game we were 9th with 6 months of the season left. And there was never an attempt to catch the teams above, everything geared around avoiding relegation

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I spoke to your "support" team on the phone, I don't expect changes here; I *do* expect better of my providers. Got one now that completed my order faster than you can even answer the phones. And even when you do answer, there's no way to undo the cancellation YOU made?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why can't you change anything now? You had no issues cancelling the broadband order yesterday, changing what I'd asked for. Now I want to change it *back*, suddenly you "can't"? Guess I'll go to a provider who can ACTUALLY TAKE ORDERS

    @SkyHelpTeam We've reached new levels of incompetence now. Sky cancelled my broadband order for stupid reasons. I had to chase various people to get them to talk to Openreach. Now Sky are telling me unless I cancel my whole order (HOURS of work on the phone already), I can't change anything.

    @virginmedia The line to your retention team constantly drops out and no one calls back. Your website is also broken. Can someone call me back once you sort your lives out? Alternatively @SkyUK if you hurry up and launch your standalone streaming product I’ll switch to you!
