@RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

@SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

@SkyHelpTeam over several weeks we have issue of both glass and puck saying no Wi-Fi signal but both connected via Ethernet my son has his PS5 connected via Ethernet. Now we are off work for Xmas he was on PS5 and it just told him that the Ethernet cable has been unplugged.

@SkyHelpTeam No it was just the PS5 that told him was unpluged so looking back to the issues of connection I have had on glass tv and puck the only other devices connected via Ethernet as the other pucks use Wi-Fi I do now suspect the router is the cause and maybe the connection inside are
