@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam Did eventually get to speak to someone. Extremely helpful guy but after almost 3 hours on the phone only able to get the mini box partially working, with intermittent internet connection. Awaiting engineer visit now to try to resolve issues.

ha, I say that - the @SkySports app can be added to that list as well, constantly dropping to a blurry screen and just instant disconnecting when you open the windows snipping tool, another awful piece of software
