@SkyUK our TV can’t play YouTube, it says it’s connected to the WiFi but there’s no internet. What does that even mean!? We pay £100 a month for this service...

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@Sam_Oliver_629 The average Skysports viewer doesn't give a crap about any of these Championship teams either and there are plenty of LG1 and LG2 clubs with bigger fanbases than the Championship clubs chosen for TV here, yours included. It's a unnecessary constriction.

@SkyHelpTeam That's exactly the issue. It's ok for periods of time and then drops. Fine at present but likely to drop again if the last couple of days are anything to go by. Will call if it drops later and hope it can be resolved.
