And while I’m moaning, @bt_uk broadband is dogshit. 10 years with @SkyUK and not one issue. 6 weeks of poor or no connection with BT since it was installed.

@SkyHelpTeam hi... problem with sky plus hd remote control.. Works perfectly well apart from volume control.. It comes up that the batteries need replacing...this also comes up when you put new batteries in... Any ideas...

@SkyHelpTeam worst customer service ever!, rang twice and each time put on hold because they finished at 9 oclock and didnt wanna speak on the phone bare in mind i rang at 8:30! Both advisors each time put me on hold then phone down

No customer support from @SkyUK left withought tv can't get through on phone only available for new customers so stuck withought tv

@SkyHelpTeam can someone please help me. Im trying to cancel my tv subscription but I have forgotten the account password so the call centre won’t speak to me!! I have access to the account online and pay the bills but they won’t speak to me because of this password!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes have done. Speed in to router is fine and in most rooms it is fine. But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back

@SkyHelpTeam we are getting very poor WiFi speeds in the back of our house. Means sky multi room doesn’t work properly. I could really do with a booster but it is literally impossible to find a phone number or a way to message you

@jimbrown1967 @SkyHelpTeam Are you sure you spoke to the correct cancellations department?? @(not the Indian call center) I was same as you paying £79.50 as a 22 yr customer. Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so after been a sky customer for 22 years and now a vip diamond customer all you can offer me is £4.50 off my monthly £79.50 bill when a new customer can get my package for £49 per month is a total disgrace. Time to look for another supplier!! Absolute joke

@SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

@SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

@SkyHelpTeam got super fast broadband and we wasn't getting Internet upstairs so they sent me a booster box out said free of charge because we should be getting such speed that we wasn't, just checked me bill and they're charging me for the box and delivery, avoid sky, terrible

After over 20 yrs I’ve left @SkyHelpTeam. My bill was already high & was going to extortionate price. After 3 days, over 8 hrs on the phone to 4 diff delta & a broken promise of a price to say the deal is no longer available, I’ve cancelled & gone to EE. 1/2
