    @SkyUK having lot of trouble with sky glass can't watch anything on fire tv computer anything through hdmi keep losing picture have to unplug tv and constantly having to reboot sky pucks

    @SkyHelpTeam my dad had trouble with sky puck because he's partially blind has to use firestick for youtube for voice control and Internet was set up by using alexa to go to fire tv and home button on sky remote to go to sky this stopped working had to unplug puck to get working

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

    @freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

    @SkyHelpTeam It shouldn't be that hard regardless. I shouldnt have to click past the contact us page, in fact, NO ONE SHOULD, to ACTUALLY CONTACT YOU. Get yo' web designer to get the main customer service number on the contact us page, pronto. As sky customers, we're not asking: we're telling

    @SkyUK think this sky glass going to have to go back more hassle than what it's worth hit and miss when it wants to work still waiting for u to get back with my audio problems now I'm having the old issues with the hdmi sockets again

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't find any help, it's clearly a hub issue as they work off sky just not when connected to your hub/network

    @MarkLofthouse @SkyHelpTeam Have had the same issues for a year now. I’ve booked an engineer appointment as for the first time the test run has shown an issue outside my property. I was promised a new phone line when I joined but didn’t get it. Let’s hope this time something is done 🤞🏻

    @JAMIEMCGU1RE @SkyHelpTeam Mine is also down in chelmsford. All green lights apart from the internet one showing orange. Happened about midnight. Noticed our local green exchange box in the street open to the elements as someone's left the door unlocked and the wind is at it.. not sure if it's connected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - please can you help? Am a new customer to Sky broadband & landline. My Sky Q hub has an amber middle light and green either side. Nothing is working. Yesterday I started a new job I desperately need to keep after being out of work since Aug. I need WiFi!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have run all the tests online and on the app and still there’s an error. I need to work from from home. This hub isn’t as good as the BT hub we had,we had no issues with BT broadband. I changed to Sky as your team were helpful. Please help urgently. Thank you
