    Anyone in Wrexham having problems with Sky internet download speeds. Trying to watch a programme on ITV catchup and it keeps stopping saying it’s downloading! A speedcheck shows less than 9 mbps which is rubbish. @SkyUK

    I’m actually going to throw a fit at someone in a minute. 3 weeks it apparently takes @SkyUK to send you a router and activate it, and then they tell you they’ve got to send an engineer out as they don’t know why it’s not working. Oh and they don’t work weekends 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky box replaced 2 weeks ago due to fault, already broken, can't send engineer for over a week, or send replacement box. Imagine if Netflix was down for a week, and Sky is double the price. Very poor.
