Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m enjoying the picture and sound but… every so often it freezes, the sound goes off I turn it over then back and it works, the remote stopped operating the tv had to reprogram it again, but int freezing is so frustrating never had this with previous system
