@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 how do I put a complaint in? Loyalty? VIP customer? Helpful? I believe @bt_uk know how to treat disabled and deceased loved ones family highly recommended apparently, for the sake of £11 youve lost a £100 paying customer, increase of 123pa has lost you £1200 pa. Customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to a lad called Shonan from loyalty, what an unhelpful lad he was, disabled and lost a family member he wouldn't help us get the bill down or help with the box saying it's not sky - rubbish you are my provider and getting my cash yet put my price up by £11pm and no help 1/2
