@SkyHelpTeam Also Sky said I had accepted the lower offer which conveniently was done by a third party however I DID NOT ACCEPT THE £97 DEDUCTION. Unless you tell me otherwise this looks fraudelent! £97 deduction for a £5.99 issue and then saying a third party advised them I AGREED!
