@SkyHelpTeam Yes have done. Speed in to router is fine and in most rooms it is fine. But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back

@SkyHelpTeam I already pay you £60 a month, but you want me to pay more just to have parental controls!? parental controls should be included in ANY internet package that any ISP has, customers shouldn't have to pay extra to keep their kids safe on your provided internet service

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

I understand what you're saying, they get to go to work, earn their millions, the goverment wanna make out this is very serious that it even closed schools aswell as those needing to work but allow sports, doesn't really show that it's that bad does it...?
