Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

@SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

  • alan_jones
Alan Jones (@alan_jones) reported from Queensferry, Wales

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

@officialga11 Who are you anyway. You were a **** footballer and an even shitter pundit. You know nothing about football as proven by your poor tweet. @SkySports must be scraping the barrel employing you. Bring back @mattletiss7

  • Tittlemouse1985
Thomas (@Tittlemouse1985) reported from Chester, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

  • moggsy100
Paul Morris (@moggsy100) reported from Connah's Quay, Wales

@jimbrown1967 @SkyHelpTeam Are you sure you spoke to the correct cancellations department?? @(not the Indian call center) I was same as you paying £79.50 as a 22 yr customer. @SkyHelpTeam It's ok. Given that the Sky Help Team didn't want to actually do what their name suggested, I did it myself.

@KingselehSzn @SkySports There has clearly been discussion behind closed doors to get it this far. Im pleased that EUFA doesn't trust it either. If you want support and expect people to trust you....don't come to them half way through the process. Sorry mate....but you're massively in the minority.
