Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

@SkyHelpTeam every night 7-10.30pm ish I'm lucky to get 5mbps on WiFi. No point doing the checks again because the problem is your end not mine. Off peak times it will be 40+. Is this seriously best I can expect peak times?? Sky q mini boxes unusable

@SkyHelpTeam I wasn’t given a date just told a few days. For 7 months I have had a weak or no connection on my broadband, obviously due to that there are aspects of my Sky Q TV that I can’t access so I am paying for a service that I’m not getting .
