@SkyUK are they purposely making every effort to be the most unhelpful business through this ordeal! They offer you can pause sky sports as no live cover at all and then automatically add it on! Well since Friday their website has been down, their website tells you not to ring

Then as dealing with vulnerable, their online chat is down, they don’t respond to emails, you ask @SkyHelpTeam and they say keep trying th website!! Surely after trying for 5 days should be long enough! They also have the ‘nerve’ to offer me a £7 per month reduction if I want to

@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already faffed about with that. Moved equipment around, changed broadband channels, unplugged and plugged back in - all of no help! That’s why I checked @WhichUK & tweeted you! I’d call Sky but I think I’d have more chance of winning the @NationalLottery than getting through

@SkyUK convinced me to upgrade to the new ultra fast hub. Been an absolute nightmare for the past 2 months. Working from home and getting constant disconnections where I am offline longer than I'm online, cant get a phone WiFi signal at home and now affecting my SkyTV! Dreadful.

@SkyHelpTeam IF I THINK…??? may be Sky should THINK about sorting out the problem instead of sending out BS reply’s 2 customers when they know there’s a problem …and you want us to buy a streaming tv … your having a laugh… been with Sky for years but may turn to BT for internet from 2022
