Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

Light on the front will be green, but it's as if its still stuck in some kind of stand by state. You either press the power button twice on the remote, else power the box off and on via the mains.
