@freesat_tv It's 1gb hd (new model) it's a @SkyHelpTeam problem as phones won't play iPlayer either but that can't/won't help as it all works when not connected to there network

@SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

@SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

@SkyHelpTeam Testing on the sky website, says it can't find our hub then does the longer test and errors out. Rebooted, checked the cables etc. It can see the connection fine, just can't establish a session
