  @SkyHelpTeam my dad had trouble with sky puck because he's partially blind has to use firestick for youtube for voice control and Internet was set up by using alexa to go to fire tv and home button on sky remote to go to sky this stopped working had to unplug puck to get working

  @SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.

  @stuartpykesport Nothing personal at all but @SkySportsRL is a joke. I admire the presenters, commentators and pundits for their passion and support of the game but sit at the very bottom of @SkySports priorities and coverage but then wonder why people buy a dodgy stick while I pay £160 a month
