It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

When scrolling SkyQ I clicked to download what's listed as Series 8 episode 21, but when I go to recordings it's listed as Series 7 Episode 95, but it is the correct episode. It just causing confusion.
