@SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

@SkyHelpTeam Or you can call and wait an hour and a half to be messed around then cut off when you have been told you are replacing a router and then be told you won’t replace it! And nobody can give a valid reason! Upgrade to sky Q was actually a down grade Rubbish customer service 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I called 3 times today. First two times I was cut off and the 3rd time I explained I was chasing the automatic compensation for loss of service. After being offered £14 I was told I wasn't eligible for the automatic compensation as open reach had to fix the issue
