@SkyHelpTeam @Pagey_Jr Hi Nathan, I'm also a Glass customer and there seems to be alot of unavailable options through glass that your sales crew are not making customers aware of. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the Glass sales process.

@SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

@SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

@jimbrown1967 @SkyHelpTeam Are you sure you spoke to the correct cancellations department?? @(not the Indian call center) I was same as you paying £79.50 as a 22 yr customer. Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so after been a sky customer for 22 years and now a vip diamond customer all you can offer me is £4.50 off my monthly £79.50 bill when a new customer can get my package for £49 per month is a total disgrace. Time to look for another supplier!! Absolute joke

@SkyHelpTeam Yes have done. Speed in to router is fine and in most rooms it is fine. But it is very patchy and slow in the rooms at the back of the house (I guess furthest from the router) I’m typically getting 60-70 mbps in front of house but 30 or lower in the back

So far today I've had to reset my router about 5 times. Works for a bit then lose connection again so have to reset again. I've done the tests which show fine but thats because I've reset it. I really can't work like this, please help @SkyHelpTeam
