It’s a massive blunder by @SkySports for charging people in times of austerity and uncertainty. Short term thinking rather than relying on customer loyalty. I will never pay £15 to watch a game on top of an already high monthly charge. #payperview #SkySportsBoxOffice

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

@SkyHelpTeam Whenever i call them they say that @OpenreachHelp are saying that the service is currently not bookable. So you see i am stuck in the middle. Why do @skyuk and openreach keep copying each other out of the thread? You need to liaise together to come up with a solution for me.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Stephanie, thanks for answering. I am trying to get the screenshot, but it is really slow. The only way I can connect this computer is to tether my phone. The diagnostic says there are no problems in my area, but it can't find the hub and just goes to a 'Fix hub' page.

@SkyHelpTeam Daniel, those ‘links’ do nothing but one lower down led me back to test - again indicating no fault in area, hub working , 79mb and 8 devices connected (3 sky boxes, hive heating and (presume) 4 iPad/phones - of which only this is in use.
