  Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

  @SkyHelpTeam Even with the latest replacement, we ran into the issues only after a few days. Light on the front will be green, but it's as if its still stuck in some kind of stand by state. You either press the power button twice on the remote, else power the box off and on via the mains.
