    @SkyHelpTeam Can't access my wife's Sky account. Her user name, password, and security questions are all rejected so can't change her password. I sent her an email but have had no notification that it has arrived. Seems to be many, many people with similar problems.

    Been advised for the third time this week by @SkyUK that @WeAreOpenreach engineers will be out this morning to fix my broadband be very interesting to see if they actually turn up Cos only been over week of no internet & false appointments slots.Have sky palmed me of we shal see

    @SkyUK awful company awful service 6 days now no internet apparent engineer coming out yet still sign of any engineer, ring up to be told outreach is the company. Dealing with fixing it and it’s out ur hands 6 days now it’s a joke awful joke quick enough to take the money tho.

    Another 25 minute on the phone to @SkyUK in 3 days over an engineer they promised would be out yesterday wonder if I’ll get any compensation back for the loss of services plus all the money it’s cost me ringing helplines no probably not Cos it’s not sky’s problem it @openreach

    @SkyHelpTeam Still can't sign in to Sky. Tried ringing but "we are very busy but will answer your call within half an hour". Oh, the MySky app still works so I can see how much money they are taking from my account!

    Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

    @OpenreachHelp care to explain why am still waiting for an open reach engineer 6 days on through @SkyUK internet according to them it’s open reach faukt and it’s out of their hands yet here I am 6 days later still no engineer still no internet shocking service on both parts

    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service. Iwithout any tv for over 30hrs. Technical fault & and no signal.I pay premium rates for this - the Weather is fine golf & cricket being played today most disappointed having left @virginmedia a few years ago and i need to go back to them now

    Absolute shocking service today from @SkyHelpTeam service meant to be installed today Partner took time off work, @btopenreach installed fibre to house, Sky did not send the Hub. No support, persons in Sky would put me through to a manager. Saying I have to wait for 24 hours

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all of that, it says all is fine and when it is on it is fast as normal. Open reach have reported there is a fibre cable problem in our area. Talk Talk are reporting it to their customers but it sounds like nothing has been reported to you.
