@SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

@SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

If there is one certainty in life it is that @SkyUK internet is guaranteed to go down once a day. They expect people to pay £140 a month for the full package yet can’t even offer quality services

@SkyHelpTeam when I go to the Account Settings page on my sky yahoo email on desktop it goes to a 404 error page. Is there a problem with the page?

@SkyHelpTeam I do test it and it keeps saying there’s no errors in my area but obviously that’s not true is it if the internet is down. Stop talking to customers like they’re idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about.

@SkyHelpTeam You’re website has multiple tests that people can use and also when the internet does drop which means there’s a solid orange light on the router, a notification from sky pop ups on your device that tries to help you fix the problem but it fails to do so.

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing happens, it just tried to reconnect and fails. 2 times this week it has happened. Awful service.

They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

Really disappointed with Sky. Called last week to look at packages - agreed a price to find out today that it hasn't been done properly & they're having to listen to the call which apparently takes 10 days then I'm expected to call back! Customer of nearly 20 years @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I tweeted to try to warn people how awful #skystream is. Your company has been so unhelpful & dishonest I just think if one person reads my tweets and decides not to get the service it will be some compensation for me despite losing out financially because of Sky’s dishonesty.

.#SkyStream is the pits. I spent weeks trying to get it operating + multiple calls with advisers. I’ve now cancelled the service. I was promised £30 compensation, but they’re now refusing to pay it. I have 2 remotes & a puck I paid £20 for which they won’t refund. @SkyHelpTeam
