    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down. I’ve gone thought all the troubleshooting and it definitely isn’t my home setup. Is there an expected time to resolution? I’m not the only person reporting this.

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam I have my two Sky Yahoo email accounts forwarded to Gmail. Since 8pm yesterday (Fri) I’ve only received 2 of the 60 emails sent to me until it all started working again around 9pm tonight. Was there an issue with Sky Yahoo Mail (they are all visible there) or Gmail?

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t link my Sky ID to my Sky Mobile account in app or online. There’s a known issue with my Sky ID. I have tried 10 times now to speak to a human and I can’t pick the right options. Just tells me to go to the website. So, no, right now I’m not ‘well’. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, the broadband connection still keeps dropping out but running tests on the Sky app shows no issues and no connected devices that I can't account for.

    @lee946 @SkySports Tough crowd. There will always be people pointing out negatives and making counterarguments. The Pac Man things I've never got? He was older than Pac Man when they fought, aged 38, so was further out of his prime than Pac Man was - beat him comfortably

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this does not help… all I can see is information that there might be early termination charges if I cancel outside of the cooling off period. I want to give notice now that I wish to cancel all Sky services at contract end so I don’t pay out of contract charges / fee
