@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam The open reach guy said they was an issue at the box on the street and would be fixed today. I called sky who said he should not have said then because it won’t be as sky only get an update from open reach after three days, we was wanting sky glass but would be left with nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that, 404 error each time. Tried several devices and browsers. Seems there’s an issue with your CCA email going to my work email (it’s not in junk) was told to set up new mysky with work email but then account verification email doesn’t come! Vicious circle!
