@SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband is always really slow, we are on the slowest (cheapest) and have quiet a few devices running of it but yesterday it was running at 1mps, so couldn't watch football on #AmazonPrimeSport

@SkyHelpTeam reassure me they weren't hackers themselves. The phone then went dead! I'm sure that asking a customer to give access to their connection to enable network security to exclude hackers isn't something that Sky would do.
