@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam @MalcolmHughes16 Just done that, it still states “There's an outage in your area. We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this.” It’s been about 16 hours now. Surely you can at least tell us what’s causing the issue and an ETA for fix?
