    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi ET If you read my tweet you will see I checked my service, and I already followed the steps in resetting my modem. The internet light is amber, it is not an issue my end. It is clear there is a wider issue, please help and not divert attention

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK have told me that there is a problem with the fibre somewhere in the Scottish Borders. Any ideas when it will be fixed for TD6 area. Two people working from home here

    My mum has now been without a phone since Friday, she has dementia, so has really become more confused. Her life line is speaking to family daily. Don’t think it’s asking much #skyuk to get this sorted .I’ve never had such bad service. My poor mum! #ageuk #dementia
