@SkyHelpTeam Not really useful to have to scroll through loads of messages to find what might work for you! My main box works fine, mini is the problem. It is hardwired as per discussion pre-xmas with your helpline. So frustrating nothing works & have to reboot everytime 4/5 x aarrgghh!

Experiencing an absolute **** show with @SkyUK when trying to move house and upgrade our account. Hours and hours on the phone and we've had our dates cancelled twice. Surely taking over a line from a previous Sky subscriber is something that happens all the time??
