@SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam No thanks, it’s clearly that app that’s broken, I’ve rebooted the rooter multiple times, the app no longer has the ability to access the local network so can’t speak to the router. Even previous tweets mention you know there’s a problem so please don’t fob me off.
