@SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

The SkySports Sam Allardyce love in is making me want to vomit. I'm sick of hearing he saved us from relegation. After his 1st game we were 9th with 6 months of the season left. And there was never an attempt to catch the teams above, everything geared around avoiding relegation

@SkyHelpTeam Done that saying nothing is wrong , we've reset the router but still constant issues it's not great for new customers, especially when you can't actually talk to a human because after being on hold for hours you get cut off!
