    Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

    @SkyUK think this sky glass going to have to go back more hassle than what it's worth hit and miss when it wants to work still waiting for u to get back with my audio problems now I'm having the old issues with the hdmi sockets again

    @SkyHelpTeam @sooby72 No, it's not a problem "connecting to my broadband" because YouTube videos and videos from every news website play just fine. It's only Twitter videos and gifs that don't play. Been the same all day. It's a problem with Sky & Twitter, not our connection to broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know where you got the impression that I was talking about The Hundred (I won't be watching it). I was referring to your perennial problem of not showing cricket highlights of the day's play at the scheduled time and not telling us when they will actually start.
