    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky Q boxes.. jumping.. proximity issues.. poor network messages. Frustrating waste of money. BT have fixed our internet new router still Sky is poor. Over to you... 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

    @SkySports #Barcelona @TeamMessi that has to be the most embarrassing defeat in champions league history by a country mile, it could of should of been double, Messi needs to move or his career will die a slow death in that team, he was the only who looked a player in that team!

    @SkyUK broadband been down since 10/07. Openreach investigates 11/07 and need to do underground work but we are paying for services including #skybroadband that we cannot access without internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Followed all this and all troubleshooting and still got issues. It's a lot of money to pay multiroom for a box that has to be reset every night

    @SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call to resolve a broadband issue but recorded message tells me my call can not be answered unless I fall into a medically vulnerable category. Please advise how I can speak to someone. Online guides not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam That it’s an issue with the communal dish, yet no one else in the block is having issues and no one has been out to actually check the dish. Last spoke to someone Thursday. Haven’t heard anything since.

    @SkyHelpTeam haven't had Internet for 7 hours (near boroughbridge) but just want to say, you social media guys do a great job. Seen some extremely rude comments towards you guys. Yes, it's hugely frustrating but it isn't the media teams fault. Keep up the good work 👊🏻
