    @DJC1953 @johnmerro1 @SkySports I know what you mean but Gallagher talks complete shit. If you are a regular watcher you will notice that his explanations as as inconsistent as the referees. I would like to hear the referee's & VAR official's explanation as that is as clear cut a pen as you can get.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband is always really slow, we are on the slowest (cheapest) and have quiet a few devices running of it but yesterday it was running at 1mps, so couldn't watch football on #AmazonPrimeSport

    @SkyHelpTeam Really bad service from sky, first we get given a date for installation and after a day annual leave taken off work to stay at home all day no one turns up. After ringing back we were told no one was available to come that day then our box sets randomly get cancelled

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband down 30 hours, no update, when you ring, message says we are aware of a fault then hangs up. I need to know when it will be back up. I’m working from home and don’t want to have to go to work due to new Covid variant. Where can I get a none generic update?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam over 72 hours since our whole area (RH12) lost broadband. Still no update. Service status tracker not updated since 0400 3 days ago, saying service should be back in a few hours!! How do we get an update? Do NOT keep referring us back to that status page!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Engineer came yesterday to fit new WiFi router. He said there was some issue. Went away for few hours came back & said he’d have to mark the job has incomplete & left. Now I have no internet. No idea what’s happening. Absolutely poor service.

Think what got me was they sent me a link for a page I was already using. Which they could tell by the screenshot I sent
