@SkyHelpTeam lost connection earlier now painfully slow. Service page says no issues. Ran all check & told wait 5 days for engineer. Eek! I need to work. Whatever’s happened even affect app & q box connection vv strange! Tried all solutions.

@SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

18 month contract with @SkyUK ended just over a week ago.. never had any problems at all, but now that the price has increased the speed has dropped massively and it’s sooo slow! 😢

@SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

@ForthComms @SkyHelpTeam Its a domestic broadband service so any credit comes in the form of Ofcom’s auto-compensation which is only paid out if the fault is not resolved after 2 working days following the days it’s reported. I just hope it’s resolved at the last second before this so you get nowt
