    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet down all day in the B97 area. Lost a full day of work which im@sure you won’t compensate and literally no update or eta….. what’s happening? 3rd outage in as many weeks!! Safe to say I won’t be renewing the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is my whole point there isn’t any update!!! Nothing to tell us what is going on!!! Communication is dreadful I’m now out of contract with sky broadband and have been look at other suppliers and today hasn’t helped with my thoughts of moving merely due to poor communication!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why can’t you just tell me/us what has happened and set our expectations for when it will be fixed. Seems like a pretty simple thing and will probably stop people calling, etc. You status page is rubbish and just says there is an issue with no info at all
