@Kieronocall I hate to argue BUT amazingly I just called @SkyHelpTeam expecting to be on hold for hours (literally) and spent a very pleasant 50 minutes reducing my monthly bill by 40-50 quid a month with the help of a Bolton fan. The call was answered in about 30 seconds by him.

@SkyHelpTeam My husband has been in touch by phone 3 times, each time with a promise that it will be in the post. On Tuesday this week he made his complaint to the complaints team, he had an email yesterday to arrange for them to phone him and at what time, he choose 7pm as he was at work..

@JamesF2021 @SkyUK Me and family are currently with Virgin Media, they're OK with the odd glitch from time-to-time, ... ...although issues over the Internet & other telecom services are dealt with pretty quickly. Sky seems to have notoriety coming from former disgruntled customers.

If you were Aus/Wi & had a product worth £5m & Sky offered you £6m & BT offered you £10m why would you go with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam It's fine when it turns on, the issue seems to occur when swapping from in built tv apps using earc back to the sky box plugged directly into the receiver. Just get a blank screen and have to turn the sky box off and on again
