    The @premierleague and @SkySports charging £14.95 to watch one single game during these times are a joke !! The Government has only agreed to pay 67% of people’s salaries so there’s no money about as it is !! Very poor decision if you ask me !!

    @SkyHelpTeam tried to review my TV package however the details listed just aren’t clear. 1) it appears that my HD option has expired 2) no longer offers Sky Signature as a replacement for Box Sets. Whilst we’re all sat at home, the customer journey really shouldn’t be this difficult

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps going down. I’ve unplugged etc etc so many times I’ve lost count. So so frustrating. Got the Q package and this is sustainable! Seriously unhappy!

    Can't help thinking this prolonged witch hunt (4 days & counting) against Jordan Pickford particularly by @SkySportsNews @SkySports is just a disguised attempt to destablise a club sitting at the top of the Premier League that does not fit in with their Big 6 agenda..

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is awful. Had a problem with the box and been trying to call for days now. Can't get through and no answer to problem online. If you tell me how to fix it I promise we won't all get covid from it. **** houses. Leaving because of this.

    @SkyHelpTeam what's the best way to raise a complaint. I rang on Monday and your staff made mistake which meant I couldn't take advantage of the Black Friday offers that were ending. They promised to ring back the next day to resolve and honour the price, still no call back.

    @SkyUK Why do you punish subtitle users? You have the most expensive service in the UK and the worst accessibility options. SKY subtitles are too big and cause screen burn on OLED TV's. I see the community have been asking for this 2 be resolved for YEARS. fix it! #accessibility

    @GortonDarren @SkyHelpTeam Just after an update really as to whether an engineer is onsite and working on the problem. Will this be fixed before the weekend? Be good to get an idea of what’s going on rather than running the test and being told there’s an outage in my are. I already know this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well it seems awfully coincidental out of the several 4k capable streaming devices I own (BT TV/Roku/Apple/Chromecast) and none of them suffer 4k issues only my two stream pucks I'll guess I'll wait until my cooling off period is close to ending & see if the update has arrived.

    Intermittent internet for 6 months and now a 2 week wait for an engineer with no internet by @skytv. Beyond poor service. Expected better @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband how am i meant to WFH 🤬
