Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@OpenreachHelp Weve lost phones and calling LL won't even connect, mobile just drops call, ADSL remains fine. I've confirmed the fault is external but @SkyHelpTeam say we have to pay for an engineer to fix your side bcos we're out of contract! That can't be right!
