    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    Honestly getting frustrated with @sky @SkyHelpTeam problems with my satellite signal, problems with connectivity. Give the advisors their due they have tried but just getting nowhere for over 5 days now 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!
