@SkyHelpTeam having continuous and constant connection errors on Sky q mini boxes. It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

@SkyHelpTeam It's says there is an issue then when I do the other line test it comes back on. Then goes back off a few minutes later. This can go on for an hour or so then stop. Then it's starts a few days later.
