    @SkyHelpTeam Really bad service from sky, first we get given a date for installation and after a day annual leave taken off work to stay at home all day no one turns up. After ringing back we were told no one was available to come that day then our box sets randomly get cancelled

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken so many of your staff and only one got near to sorting it. One person tells me one thing, the next tells me that was I was told was wrong, it’s ridiculous. The worst mistake I have ever made is taking out a mobile contract with Sky, I would recommend them to nobody!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm a Sky VIP customer, and with a Samsung phone with Sky. But all that happened to me was my Sky TV bill increased massively! Tried to get through on the phone to reduce my rate but was on hold for ages!
