    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    @SkyUK can’t believe poor your customer services is it’s almost laughable you admit even under your new WiFi guarantee im not getting right service it’s appalling and let me leave my broadband contract but then have the cheek to tell me your increasing the price of my tv package

    @AronWorrall @SkyHelpTeam If I told one of my customers I can’t give you an update cus I have no idea I would be in the job centre que. good at selling but soon as anything goes wrong you don’t even get a call. Sky glass will only cause more problems with the way they run the broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Can sky not contact there customers with updates? Everything I have is sky including multiple mobiles, so frustrating to get such poor service, sky never even asked if there was anyone valuable living here, bearing in mind you took the landline away too. Thought they may ask.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK We have had 3 failed apps. 9/10 you fitted something to the pole 14/10 no one showed then 21/10 2 guys came, made a rude remark, said the pole was unsafe and they weren't doing it I have 2 children both on the SEN registe. When we will get Internet?
