    So the sound from our @SkyUK has gone, and after going through about an hours worth of checks(!) been told we have to wait without sound till the 20th June for an engineer 😡 so much for help for key workers

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t seem to find any help online, our broadband router is overheating, (one of your engineers informed us of this and did nothing at all about it), and we seem to be getting an average download speed of 9.1mb/s & upload of 1.1mb/s (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep but not until 11th. It is absolutely disgusting. I was aware having the correct engineer is an issue so I called in a couple of times to ensure the right one was sent. But alas, the wrong one was sent and now we have to wait longer due to Sky’s gross incompetence.

    @SkyHelpTeam your lovely engineer came out today & put in a new signal thing & now I can’t access my books at all and the nearest appointment I’m getting is the 19th this is unacceptable and I will be looking for compensation any chance of getting hold of me so we can solve this
