    Can't help thinking this prolonged witch hunt (4 days & counting) against Jordan Pickford particularly by @SkySportsNews @SkySports is just a disguised attempt to destablise a club sitting at the top of the Premier League that does not fit in with their Big 6 agenda..

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t been booked in. Following some quick and informative enquiries, @virginmedia can install a new service in 3days; yet, a @SkyUK engineer can’t come out to us for over a week? When we pay a monthly small fortune, this all feels like terrible customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve established that its not an issue with connected devices, not a cabling issue nor an issue at home. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this be an issue. Overall the average download speeds sat at around 3.5mbps, with the latency on some devices reaching 156ms.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, which is exactly what we have done. Over an hour worth of calls last night and the final response from Sky was ‘create a new email’. The ID cannot simply disappear. Please can you provide us with an escalations phone number where we may actually get some help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, our sky broadband is ending on 2nd Dec. We've had a lot of issues over the last few months and 2 engineer visits but nothing like this where it's off continuously which is why I wondered if it had been cancelled early.
