    @SkyHelpTeam @D1n0nlyT8 Yes my new iPhone 12 keeps going silent for seconds at a time on a call and my husbands keeps going muffled. Also, with the billions in profit Sky make surely there’s a better way to get hold of customer service if you have a problem.

    They also claimed to be on short staff because of the pandemic, which made me wonder why they were spending time cold calling customers who hadn’t reported an issue! Sounds like a scam to me, @SkyUK.

    @GMB @SkySports @Carra23 Absolutely not. My dad is 78 with Parkinson’s and hasn’t been out of house for 10 mths. He’s far more deserving of vaccination before footballers . I’m a family support worker going into peoples homes so more at risk and still haven’t had it 😡

    Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

    @SkySports The group of refs we have is like a jolly boys club, they all cover each other’s back. If the PL had a backbone they would terminate the contract of every single one. Sunday league refs could do better

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you having more issues with broadband in the MK area? Images on Twitter are taking ages to load and WhatsApp backup or restore is slower than a 56k modem! Think some filtering or throttling config may be incorrect! 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam I would seek another provider, customers service officer sent emails advising me to cancel my services of 17 years, is that how sky treats they customers of over 10years which much everything mobile,tv.internet sky has lost a valuable customer and with unskilled officers. Rude se

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Basically few devices are having issues and maybe changing to IPV4 could help? Or what about changing DNS? You seem to be blocking specific devices/sites - they can connect to WiFi but can’t load all websites

    @SkyHelpTeam is it right a customer of 17 years to be told by complaint officer that she is going to close all communication so thats means i have no option to cancel my whole services. Customers/complaint team are very rude and not understanding.should be still offered compensat

    @SkyUK Very bias company never thinks to give good gestures and think that we are all human and can make mistakes but sky does care about the customers. Unskilled complaints officers send threatening emails i will be taking it further. Treat your customers right we are the ones paying.
