    @SkyHelpTeam Been having probs with sky q for months when it 1st came out the help u get from sky was 2nd to none and the engineers went above and beyond but lately had probs as far as sky concerned got no TV because takes ages to reboot no replacement box and no engineer for 3 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph @SkyUK taking 3 and half weeks to send an engineer to a non working set is completely unacceptable. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the issues on the phone with you desperate not to send someone out, this is completely unacceptable service

    @SkyHelpTeam Until 2tb available other suggestion for us to watch sky go for 2 weeks not on expecting couple in their late 70s to watch sky go especially my dad who's eyesight so bad sits virtually on top of 65 inch tv to watch it

    @SkyHelpTeam Think new issues this has happened 3 weeks running 2nd time this week as soon as I got it fixed and had engineer booked earliest 7th of sep settled down to watch TV went off again took ages to get back on and sky either downgrade to 1tb box or wait for engineer can't have temp

    @SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be you’ve blocked IONOS. Any IONOS service accessed via Sky broadband not working. Fix that and issues resolved.

    The fanfare that @skysports made about having a dedicated @SkySportsNFL channel is utter drivel. There's enough content to be 24/7 at this time of the year. NFL Game Pass isn't problem free but it at least delivers.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but usually I start downloading uhd and I can start watching virtually straight away never took so long before and I'm having big issues box keeps freezing and can't get anything done until 7th next month

    So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

    @SkyHelpTeam sick to death of sky. New router arrived last week. Now intermittently losing wifi calling and wifi connection to tv. Can’t call you. No online chat available. Shocking. Cancelling in the morning. BT can’t be worse. Customer nearly 30 years 😡😡

    @SkyUK Hi @SkyUK my service with sky mobile has been atrocious. I’ve been dealing with poor network service from since December 2020; and it still hasn’t been resolved! I was told that a manager would contact me within 4 working days! I’m currently still waiting to hear from someone!

    @SkyUK fuming to be threatened with debt collection agency and late charges for not paying a bill for equipment we returned in November 2021 and we have provided Royal Mail proof of delivery … still customers too - disgraceful service!!!!

    @elzthewitch @SkyUK Standard 1st gen product, the display is pretty poor, no 120hz support for those game consoles. HDR performance is poor. Only local dimming LCD. Plus Sky Glass has less channels that Sky Q. No programme recording.
