    @SkyHelpTeam hi... problem with sky plus hd remote control.. Works perfectly well apart from volume control.. It comes up that the batteries need replacing...this also comes up when you put new batteries in... Any ideas...

    @jimbrown1967 @SkyHelpTeam Are you sure you spoke to the correct cancellations department?? @(not the Indian call center) I was same as you paying £79.50 as a 22 yr customer. Renewals could only know £4 off pm. Got the the right dept today and she added mega deals and now paying £56.50 pm on 18mth deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so after been a sky customer for 22 years and now a vip diamond customer all you can offer me is £4.50 off my monthly £79.50 bill when a new customer can get my package for £49 per month is a total disgrace. Time to look for another supplier!! Absolute joke

    @SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam gonna have to phone sky when I'm off this tv needs replacing to many problems been having trouble switching on had to unplug when I reboot need to reset tv audio no can no longer get audio through sound system and having to keep putting WiFi password in

    @SkyHelpTeam the number 4 button on my SkyQ remote is not working. All other buttons are working fine. I’ve tried resetting box and also reconnecting remote. Problem is not solved. Please send me a replacement remote

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Just changed from Sky Q to Sky Glass with pucks. Any reason why remote on Sky Q could control the tv but the Sky glass puck remote says my make of tv is not covered. It’s a new LG tv. Any help please.

    @SkyUK @weareopenreach it seems like Openreach are the problem. Yr engineer couldn't connect the wire but disappeared, not returned, but told Sky it was connected, who told @virginmedia who cancelled our current internet

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spent hours on the phone and nothing is getting resolved long term, these options don’t really help! I don’t want to have to sit and explain it all yet again to someone else, there’s no continuity when you call in and it’s beyond frustrating! I’ll just call and cancel 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam For the last 2 days I've been trying to upgrade to sky glass air. On my account app, all I get is "technical error, it's not you it's us". 5 attempts & still nothing. I've been a sky customer for 21 years. How can something so straightforward be so hard?
