@SkyHelpTeam Really bad service from sky, first we get given a date for installation and after a day annual leave taken off work to stay at home all day no one turns up. After ringing back we were told no one was available to come that day then our box sets randomly get cancelled

I would like to hear the referee's & VAR official's explanation as that is as clear cut a pen as you can get.
