Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Just received a letter to say my offers are ending soon, but you’ve kindly extended my offer by 15 months. “Your price would normally go up” - indicating no increase. Bad news is - I’ve checked my future bill and they are showing as going up by 25%! Explain?

We don’t have @SkySports so we had to pay for a day pass to watch #scotlandvsukraine via @NOW. Not cheap and the image is lagging via the app. Very disappointing. All other apps we watch football, no problem whatsoever…

@SkyHelpTeam That article is very poor tbh. It doesn't explain things particularly clearly and absolutely no info on what you have to do to get the upgrade. There's no option or info in the Sky VIP mobile app about this either I also have Netflix via Sky.. Do I still qualify?
