    Of course many have gone to @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter to check. The dodgy looking email is genuine but this is very poor practice. Even with my Dashlane password manager doing most of the work, it took me a while to check account & my two Sky emails.

    Shock 12.41,no sign of @OpenreachHelp engineers to fix my @SkyUK broadband even tho sky once again for the 4th time this wke assured me they be out this morning, shock day 7 no internet no engineer another palm off awful service on both parts yet again leaving me with no internet

    Another 25 minute on the phone to @SkyUK in 3 days over an engineer they promised would be out yesterday wonder if I’ll get any compensation back for the loss of services plus all the money it’s cost me ringing helplines no probably not Cos it’s not sky’s problem it @openreach

    @SkyHelpTeam internet playing up again day 10. Many attempts to call through but after 30 mins of waiting i cant be bothered. Funny when i wanna add service its like fatest finger 1st. BB on and off like a light switch. Think time for a change. Done all the scipted test #boring

    @OpenreachHelp care to explain why am still waiting for an open reach engineer 6 days on through @SkyUK internet according to them it’s open reach faukt and it’s out of their hands yet here I am 6 days later still no engineer still no internet shocking service on both parts

    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service. Iwithout any tv for over 30hrs. Technical fault & and no signal.I pay premium rates for this - the Weather is fine golf & cricket being played today most disappointed having left @virginmedia a few years ago and i need to go back to them now

    Been advised for the third time this week by @SkyUK that @WeAreOpenreach engineers will be out this morning to fix my broadband be very interesting to see if they actually turn up Cos only been over week of no internet & false appointments slots.Have sky palmed me of we shal see

    @SkyHelpTeam When is the FTTP issie in the Colchester area going to be fixed, it's been down since Friday evening and no one seems to be able to tell me what the problem is, just saying there's an outage isn't good enough, how am i meant to WFH on a 4G connection

    Avoid @SkyUK at all costs. Landline down, they’re refusing to fix it because the account is in my Nans name, and we don’t know the password. She is in a respite home with dementia. We are unable to get her to remember her password. SHES GOT DEMENTIA
