@SkyUK major issues with broadband both wired and wireless since upgrading to new hub & booster. Slow speeds even when plugged in. Guaranteed 64Mbps - we get 25. 6-20 on Wi-Fi. Our Wi-fi environment is good. Wi-fi channels all good. No interference & acceptable noise levels. Help

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Just to make you aware after trying numerous times to place an order and then speaking to someone on the phone they will not provide WiFi boosters, even though advertised on the website. This is disappointing, especially as we were willing to pay for the service

@Nelani_27 @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to the Sky Technical Team today. They assured me it would be fixed by 6pm on Friday at the latest. They will compensate for lack of service apparently although that isn’t much consolation!
