    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

    @SkyHelpTeam having continuous and constant connection errors on Sky q mini boxes. It's getting to be such a huge stress, we're beginning to regret getting Sky Q. Rebooted router, updated software on main Q box, restarted everything. Nothing. Sometimes we get 10mins of connection

    @SkySports The group of refs we have is like a jolly boys club, they all cover each other’s back. If the PL had a backbone they would terminate the contract of every single one. Sunday league refs could do better

    @Kieronocall I hate to argue BUT amazingly I just called @SkyHelpTeam expecting to be on hold for hours (literally) and spent a very pleasant 50 minutes reducing my monthly bill by 40-50 quid a month with the help of a Bolton fan. The call was answered in about 30 seconds by him.

    Hi @skyhelpteam, new Q subscriber here, I'm already on my 2nd Q box, 1st one was faulty, now 2nd one drops wifi every 30 minutes or so as do minis. It's not my router, nothing else loses it, only Sky Q. Any tips before I give up and leave for a service which is actually useable?

    @SkyHelpTeam I click ‘sky help’ > sky talk > ‘fix problems with my phone’. I’m then asked if my broadband is working. If I select no it just asks about broadband. If I select yes it will ask me about calls but then just gives a phone number. Is there nothing for running a simple line test?!
