I would like to hear the referee's & VAR official's explanation as that is as clear cut a pen as you can get.

Waited 11 days for @SkyUK to set up our Internet, then on the day they turn up 1 hour 30 mins late, then they're rude to my fiancee. They refuse to do the job due to the technician finishing at 8pm. We try to rearrange and we now have to wait another 13 days. Disgusting service!!
