@SkyHelpTeam Really bad service from sky, first we get given a date for installation and after a day annual leave taken off work to stay at home all day no one turns up. After ringing back we were told no one was available to come that day then our box sets randomly get cancelled

@SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

Woken up at a quarter past two in the morning by the silent burglar alarm app on my phone only to find it was because my broadband was down for 26 minutes. Just so you know, @SkyHelpTeam, not all broadband traffic in the wee small hours is from Pornhub. 😡

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, on Sky Go on iPad, the recordings screen is suddenly blank. Tried deleting/reinstalling etc. it’s not the connection with the box as I can search for a recording and it appears and I can play via the tv. Sky Go on my phone works fine. Can you help? Thanks!
