    @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp according to @SkyUK its ur doing the fact they’ve booked out my engineer through your company and am still waiting 6 days on no internet no engineer, care to explain who’s fault is this because it’s absolutely shocking service on both ur parts

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an engineer coming out tomorrow after a nightmare day with awful WiFi I shall update after they been but I will warn customers they are dependant on how many devices you have connected which I wasn’t told when I signed up!

    Thankfully England’s 2 games are on @ITVSport not @BBCSport which means I will be able to watch them. I can’t how sometimes the bbc get them what with it bring a subscription service like @SkySports

    Shock 12.41,no sign of @OpenreachHelp engineers to fix my @SkyUK broadband even tho sky once again for the 4th time this wke assured me they be out this morning, shock day 7 no internet no engineer another palm off awful service on both parts yet again leaving me with no internet

    Moved from @virginmedia to @SkyUK but phone number hasn’t moved. @virginmedia say it’s possible to still port it and the response from @SkyUK - we don’t know how to do that, hang up and try to speak to someone else after 3 hours on the phone 🤬🤬🤬

    Another 25 minute on the phone to @SkyUK in 3 days over an engineer they promised would be out yesterday wonder if I’ll get any compensation back for the loss of services plus all the money it’s cost me ringing helplines no probably not Cos it’s not sky’s problem it @openreach

    @SkyHelpTeam help please before we go insane 😩 we have Sky Q & trying to download a box set it says we have no internet connection. Keep trying to connect to the box which works then immediately disconnects! Have tried turned it off &on! All other devices in household connected!

    @SkyUK #SkyMobile. Live edge of Nottm City Centre, only ever have 1 bar signal strength (out of 5) but can turn on Wi-Fi Calling but are still charged for Wi-Fi calling when using my own paid for Wi-Fi, so why do u charge for Wi-Fi calling when your signal is poor? #PayingTwice

    @SkyHelpTeam internet down since last night , unable to work. Known issue (Norwich) I understand but any indication of how long will take to be resolved . My boss is keen to know ! Used to be with BT and never had single outage . Looking forward to end of contract to switch !

    2021 and I still cannot cannot get my new fibre broadband activated since 12th feb 2021 ... have spoken to 9-10 sky reps - really bad experience up until now...i am a meeting customer .. I don’t know when will I ever have my internet? Can you help @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue isn't with me, there is a known fault but you cannot tell me when it will be resolved. I have lost 2 days pay so far and cannot continue like this. It is ridiculous. When will it be fixed please?
