    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, I was running that test repeatedly through yesterday afternoon, evening and night and each time it just told me there is a problem and it’s usually fixed within a few hours. It seemed to take till nearly breakfast time to be up and running again.

    Liverpool the latest city centre where @SkyHelpTeam mobile signal doesn’t work. What a truly awful network. Add to that no signal the entire train journey up from Birmingham and I wonder what I’m paying a tenner for every month. Can’t make calls “sorry bad line I can’t hear you”

    @SkyHelpTeam This is not easy as my father is disabled. The reason I am messaging and not my mum is because she’s very stressed with the whole situation and every time she calls it’s as if no one cares and she can’t get an answer. This is such bad customer service
