Dave (Truly ITK) Hill (@DavvaHill) reported from Hoylake, England@Kieronocall I hate to argue BUT amazingly I just called @SkyHelpTeam expecting to be on hold for hours (literally) and spent a very pleasant 50 minutes reducing my monthly bill by 40-50 quid a month with the help of a Bolton fan. The call was answered in about 30 seconds by him.

When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.
