@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam if you've raised an actual complaint and its more than 6 months without a resolution ask them for a deadlock letter and take it to the ombudsman, we did it with BT, immediately got our own case manager and it was fixed within 2 weeks
