@SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how its takes so long to have my broadband connected!! I've been waiting since 6/8 and nothing yet! Saying its down openreach and room in the junction box, then you promise it'll be 1/9 but still nothing! Saying it could be 25/9 now!! Im so annoyed

@SkyHelpTeam Could you please help my elderly parents (70 & 80) they moved to sky a few weeks ago and are having issues with their landline they cannot make or receive calls and really need their phone in the current lockdown. They cannot call you as they have no phone access please advise.
