Does loyalty mean nothing?

Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I’m astonished that new customers can get this for half the price I can and there is no budging on that. I have cancelled my account!
