@SkyHelpTeam i do a tracert using command prompt to multiple ip adresses, and always on third step it fails, then skips to another ip adress and it works, i am having really bad latency in a video game but not on browser, sky health check says everything is fine

@SkyHelpTeam WHAT A **** PRODUCT YOU PROVIDE! Trying to watch Eurovision but no satellite signal - I have a huge tree in leaf possibly blocking signal but you won’t move my dish and I don’t want your glass tv, just sky through Wi-Fi please - MOST UNHAPPY😡😡😡

FFS @SkyUK every month I need to activate @discoveryplus on my TV! Why? I can log in on my phone with no issue but when trying to view through sky Q I need to redeem the offer every month! The link you also provide is also not working now. Very poor service, free or not!

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with Sky? My SkyQ box fails to connect and when it does eventually after switching everything off at the wall, it pauses or distorts/pixelates, failed to record last night.. by the looks of it on here.. I’m not the only one.
