    @SkyHelpTeam I think there is a problem with your System. No link to BBC websites from sky broadband. Works fine on EE

    @SkyHelpTeam The frustration I can handle, the loss of ability to provide contact ntent to viewers I can't. In this day and age you should be ashamed providing such a poor connection to a property inside a large town.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please don't patronise me any more than your colleagues already have done. Of course I have, and spent 45 minutes on the phone to technical support running through all the self-help options, as have the other few dozen people in the vicinity suffering the same problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again we are being sent a router (third we have had). Again the blame is being left with @WeAreOpenreach . But they have been out time and again to no resolution. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @SkyHelpTeam ...but the technical support team are not accepting that it's an area-wide issue & are claiming it's the positioning of our routers or another individual problem, so we are all left with no service & no way to remedy.I understand that a fellow customer has escalated this to Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Outage in BD24- tried the connection test and called the helpline and confirmed exchange problem. Any estimate for resolution? Home working, kids in isolation, no mobile internet up here!

    @NIDHALL_ @RWBest @SkySports They do in some countries, yes. Others its still frowned upon as a piss take or put down. So who is to say where you can and can't use it. Am sure now evra will realise it was bad taste when done it.
