    @SkyHelpTeam We have just been told to wait and keep calling. Doesn't seem like much is being done to fix the problem. The last person we spoke couldn't give us any kind of time frame

    @SkyHelpTeam We have done that twice already and have just been told to wait and see. Seems like nothing is being done to fix our issue? We are brand new customers and will switch providers if the issue cannot be solved
