@SkyUK ….my internet and telephone are down. Yet when I check on the internet their is no mention of this…it says everything is ok in my area…just checked with other friends and they are down as well and they live 10 miles from me…what is going on…

@SkyHelpTeam had an Openreach appointment today to set up our wifi. Had no call or notification the day before and the guy didn’t show up. Now I’m going to have to wait another 2 weeks+ to get another appointment?! ***************. Think I’m going to have to cancel the lot.

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has been down for at least 2h in the London area (Holborn). Your website says no known issues but online I can see hundreds of reports concerning internet etc... being down.... Help please !
