@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

@SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

@SkyHelpTeam why is sky q so slow with none sky broadband providers? Have gone from Sky 80mb to Virgin 500mb but the downloads on q are a of the speed?

@skytv @SkyUK how do you set up a new customer with tv when you can’t enter the property? Why was it not extremely clear this would be the case when the installation date was selected? @WeAreOpenreach were able to attend and install broadband! Now with no tv!! #annoyedcustomer

@funkyuk @SkyUK My fibre broadband is Vodafone, which is generally OK around the house - it's the utterly useless SkyQ box, which is only five feet from the router across the room, that drops the wifi connection all the time. Garbage.
