@SkyHelpTeam Sitting by the phone for 40 minutes waiting on a ‘customer service‘ to deal with a simple request. We have been lied to twice and will not tolerate this level of incompetence and general disinterest further.

@skytv waiting for my second promised call back in a week but still waiting and not holding my breath. I’ve been lied to 3 times so far by the so called customer service team. Come on @skytv @SkyUK restore my faith.
