@SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

@dawn15765 @SkyUK Depends whether they can provide fibre bb in your area, if not it will be very very slow. They couldn’t where I live and was only getting 2-4 mbps, changed to Virgin and getting over 50 minimum

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it's been working since Sat but off entirely from Wed pm right through late fri pm. Must've come back on either very late Fri early sat, so over 48hr outage. How long does it take to find out if elig for compensation?
