    @SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

    @SkySports @England Sorry I have seen the so called booking offences and they are quite simply atrocious, should be rescinded. This is why the player is where he is, even with something as clear as this @SkySports are still piling on the pressure, very poor judgement!

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

    @SkyUK switched broadband to sky via Carphone Warehouse. Switch date today. Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

    @SkyUK just called to change my direct debit payment date to be told I can’t because I’ve already changed it this month. I can assure you I haven’t! You’ve put me in a situation where I have to pay my bill before I get paid. Customer service on your phones are not helpful at all!

    @SkyHelpTeam I do - somewhere. We used to get this disconnection/dropout issue with the Sky Q hub as well - the only difference is, we didn't get a reported error message. This seems to be a daily occurrence when the DHCP lease expires and the modem tries to renew the IP.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t it saying it can’t do the test right now it was ok till 12 last night and saw online that sky was having maintenance up north and it said nothing about London but ours went and this morning light gone back to green but still no connection sky is the worst

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve emailed my complaint and to be fair I’ve received a generic response already with the copy / paste button doing all the heavy lifting. I’ll persevere with email for now as I did call and the advisor didn’t even want know my name.
