  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have a Virgin box. But we have Sky channels as part of the package. All other sky channels and sky Cinema movies have audio. But not Cabin Fever. It's not a huge deal but just wanted to know of this problem was on my end.

  @SkyHelpTeam Other people are phoning in and being told line speed is fine and if there was a problem open reach would know. Not a line speed problem...and now its crashed into life again. Somebody rebooted something somewhere!!!

  Come on @SkyHelpTeam same broadband problems in Rochdale area two days running. No credibility when your site shows 'no issues' many in the area beg to differ
