@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I have been having an issue with my broadband coverage for months now. The signal does not reach the 1st floor of my property. I believe as part of my broadband deal I am entitled to a broadband booster. How do I go about obtaining one? Thanks.
