@SkyHelpTeam Can't watch Sky Q - pixelated picture/no sat signal. Tried all the fixes - reset box etc.. Do I need an engineer? Been like this for weeks!!

Discovered it is my Internet that’s making it impossible to stream anything on Disney+. Quite why Amazon, now tv and Netflix work fine but not that or discovery+ I’ll never understand. . That’s a fun call to @SkyHelpTeam on Monday.
