@SkyUK switched broadband to sky via Carphone Warehouse. Switch date today. Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

@SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a sky customer for twenty years and sky mobile customer for two years. I’ve just decided to upgrade my phone and the whole swap has been a nightmare. First I was told my phone hadn’t arrived when it had, now I’m being told it’s damaged. It was perfect! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam When will this be fixed please? It’s really poor that the Outage description page still says “We are waiting on our engineers to arrive on site to start repair work” OVER 12 hours later. With so many ppl WFH this should be a priority and have engineers there now. Update please.

@Mr_Sladden @SkyHelpTeam Oh no! I just called Sky staff who told me that there may be an issue at the exchange as there’s 2 issues - effecting fibre & non fibre. They’re currently waiting for an engineer to head out, but there is no ETA..they said ‘hopefully’ it’ll be fixed today!

@Cmet1981 @SkySports Unfortunately that will never change now. To be brutally honest, the blame should be given to Manchester United who started power spending at the start of the Barclays English Premier League. That pushed other teams to super spend.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’m without broadband for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. I’ve been told that, because of the initial call out, I have to £65 to fix the service I’m paying you for or sign up to a new contract for this unreliable internet, which is disgusting. I can’t do my job. Help
