    Really struggling with wifi at present, not great when working at home, spending hours on video (with video turned off) + delivering webinars whilst hoping “internet unstable” hasn’t turned me into a dalek @SkyHelpTeam are impossible to contact. Whose your preferred supplier?

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a sky customer for twenty years and sky mobile customer for two years. I’ve just decided to upgrade my phone and the whole swap has been a nightmare. First I was told my phone hadn’t arrived when it had, now I’m being told it’s damaged. It was perfect! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam I wasn't impressed with the stage 1 of my contract renewal process im a gold VIP member so I should get the latest deals if this doesn't improve I will be looking to cancel and i don't want to do that 😩

    @SkyUK switched broadband to sky via Carphone Warehouse. Switch date today. Was reassured that there would not be a break in internet connection due to working from home but have been all day without and still not been connected. Can anyone help at all?

    @SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not if your automated system sees that there is good download speed etc. You get to a 7 step program gram to help you, which is the basic info on keeping your router away from other things like cordless phones. A step is getting WiFi boosters, and it then stops. No contact no’s.

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to cancel my broadband. Your online chat isn’t working, the mail us option says you can’t manage request online and i’m now 45 mins holding on phone. Why is this so difficult?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Unfortunately that doesn’t get me in contact with a sky colleague. Just sends me through the same automated help. Suggests I need WiFi boosting, but not how to get it from Sky. It was discussed when I spoke about the upgrade, yet not supplied.

    @SkyUK I’m so angry!! Typical service, I moved home you couldn’t install my broadband. I told you I needed to update my payment details you couldn’t do it! Now you restricted my account and won’t talk to me until I have paid. I’m not paying you for services I don’t have! Sort it!
