@SkyHelpTeam my aunty called yesterday with regards to looking at her package due to retiring and money being low, how is it, a new customer can get a skyQ box for £25, and pay £32 pm for package with films, yet you can’t charge her any less than £41pm. Does loyalty mean nothing?

@SkySports @England Sorry I have seen the so called booking offences and they are quite simply atrocious, should be rescinded. This is why the player is where he is, even with something as clear as this @SkySports are still piling on the pressure, very poor judgement!

@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

Watching @SkySports EngvInd highlights package. The picture quality & camerawork is bloody awful. Assume some issue with the host broadcaster not letting Sky use their pictures? It’s almost unwatchable. This is what I pay my £££ for every month? @ECB_cricket @englandcricket

@SkyHelpTeam I am registering this as a formal complaint, and have been offered £40 compensation. Disappointing as I would have been charged £65 if I had missed the appointment because I was too busy to attend. Outrageous.
