@SkyHelpTeam Haven't got the energy to talk to different departments. It's a real shame that when a big problem is reported to you that it can't be passed out unless customers takes time and energy out to chase it up. I just watch it uncut on @primevideouk as they have the correct copies.

@Cannotbeblank51 @SkySports Brutal mate. They were putting games on the app for a while and not even bothering with that not. Really poor decision from @Bundesliga_EN to go with Sky. Went from 4/5 games a weekend with BT to 2 of we’re lucky.

@SkyHelpTeam I currently has 0 satellite signal and now have to wait two weeks for an engineers' appointment. I now have no TV as not even the apps on the Sky Q box will work. This is not good enough for the amount this costs me

@SkyHelpTeam My wifi has been acting up (I’m not sure if it’s a sky issue because my 4g was acting up as well) however I wanted to log into 192 to change the wifi channel like I used to do using the admin & sky login but it doesn’t work anymore.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not like half the world works from home right now or anything, geniuses. It was 3.5 hours for me, and I had work to do right during the outage. I can’t get that money back. No worries, your loss lol. Switching from you degenerates next month.
