@SkyHelpTeam Been having probs with sky q for months when it 1st came out the help u get from sky was 2nd to none and the engineers went above and beyond but lately had probs as far as sky concerned got no TV because takes ages to reboot no replacement box and no engineer for 3 weeks

@SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph @SkyUK taking 3 and half weeks to send an engineer to a non working set is completely unacceptable. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the issues on the phone with you desperate not to send someone out, this is completely unacceptable service

@SkyHelpTeam my dad had trouble with sky puck because he's partially blind has to use firestick for youtube for voice control and Internet was set up by using alexa to go to fire tv and home button on sky remote to go to sky this stopped working had to unplug puck to get working

@SkyHelpTeam No but usually I start downloading uhd and I can start watching virtually straight away never took so long before and I'm having big issues box keeps freezing and can't get anything done until 7th next month
